Competitive price and great experience
I ordered a woodburning stove from StovesRUs and found the price to be very competitive compared with other suppliers. The communication throughout the delivery process was excellent and I was kept well informed about the expected delivery date. When I called with a query, the staff were also polite and helpful.
A particular mention must go to the delivery driver, who was incredibly helpful. The stove and the pallet weighed around 100kg and had to be moved along our gravel driveway, but he managed to get it safely inside the house and protected from the elements. I really appreciated the extra effort, particularly given the weight and the difficult surface.
The stove arrived in excellent condition and was subsequently installed without any problems. It looks great and works beautifully, so I'm very pleased with the purchase.
Thank you to everyone involved - I'm now very much looking forward to a cosy winter!

Excellent company to deal with
This is the second fire I have purchased from StovesAreUs.
So happy with both the fires, packaged very well and very quick delivery both times.
One of the stoves was quite a bit more expensive as it was a living flame, which incidently is absolutely gorgeous and spot on - everyone comments at how realistic the fire is - I got this first fire at a very good price a lot less than other sellers were asking. Again I got a very good price for the second fire which was a smaller fire for a smaller room. Again it is absolutely superb and StovesAreUs were again very competivie with the price. I would very much recommend this Company everything from start to finish was exceptional with my experience with them.
