I found the website easy to use and lots of information to help me choose the right product. Delivery was excellent, well packed and installation instructions. The fire was a bit expensive but I understand that these types of gas fires are difficult to get hold of. Very happy with my purchase.

A great company to deal with and exceptional service. …
I am so pleased with the fire surround and suite, it looks beautiful and really sets off my lounge. Ordering was straightforward and I was kept updated about delivery. It came on time and was handled with care. The price was very competitive compared to other places I had looked at. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company. Thank you so much.

They were a very communicative company. The whole experience was good from order to delivery. Having just moved we originally gave them a wrong address! They were at either ends of the country and we were facing an expensive redelivery charge, however stoves are us contacted us directly to solve the problem. Stove was well packed and our successful delivery very quick.
