Bought a ring back in June. The ring bent in the first week and then has since snapped. Tried ringing and emailing star jewellers and I’ve had no response. I’ve also been to a local jewellers who has told me the gold is fractured and the makers of the ring are renowned for making shoddy jewellery.

Honestly, ordered Monday evening and it arrived Weds morning! WoW!!! And the ring is amazing, really good quality and more than expected.

Brought two palladium 950 wedding rings for me and my wife, within 6 months my ring was bent, which is strange as palladium is known for its strength, hence why we choose it and paid extra for it. I contacted star wedding rings who took around 2 weeks to even reply but when they did it was like talking to a brick wall, not helpful at all and showed no care in regards to the issues I was having. It’s clear that the ring is very thin obviously to save money on their end but all this does is affect the quality for paying customers. As this is my wedding ring I cannot return or exchange it and and star wedding rings are refusing to fix it or pay for it to be fixed. So I will just have to live with a cheap flexible ring forever now. Do not use this company just pay the extra money and use a decent company.

Update : As a result of making this review I have since been refunded an amount of 120 to put towards repairs to the ring.

UPDATE. The rings have been sent out however sizes still not as requested. I have ordered 2 rings, all was great and delivered promptly. Both rings came way too small. I have sent them back and tracking shows delivered however I am now being ignored. I have sent multiples emails for last 2 weeks and get no response at all. I have also called and been forwarded to voicemail all the time. I am considering to contact my bank to report this as fraud. Terrible experience with this company.

I sent a ring back to get a different size. They claimed that the ring had not been received by them despite the Royal Mail barcode scan proving differently. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never use this 'company' again or recommend them to anybody.

Ordered my titanium wedding ring off here at about 8pm on Monday and received on the Wednesday morning. Excellent fast service and the ring is amazing quality. Extremely impressed for the price and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from this company, I had previously used a ring sizer but when I got the ring it was too tight, long story short & 3rd ring later I eventually got a ring that fit. Star wedding rings were so quick in sending my order. Great service & fantastic prices, happy customer.

Wow. Ordered a plain engagement ring for my partner with an engraving, very flimsy looking and the engraving is barely legible.

Cannot return or get a refund as it has been engraved. Not impressed at all.

I ordered two rings from here, mine fits lovely unfortunately my partners didn’t, which wasn’t this company’s fault at all, was another for measuring him wrong, I returned the ring Monday, and got my full refund today (Wednesday), great communication delivery was super quick for the rings too!
Would recommend to people if they’re on a budget. I got nervous when I needed to return the ring as I then looked at the reviews, but we’ve not had no problem what so ever.

Gorgeous wedding rings, we only kept one due to mine not fitting properly, totally my fault. Returned on the Monday and refunded on the Tuesday! Would totally recommend to anyone looking for good priced and quality rings!

Rings are beautifully made and as described. Ordered the wrong size and the returns process was seamless. Sent it back to them with their returns form and although I had trouble calling them, they were quick to dispatch. Took 2 working days from receipt of my return until I received my new one. Pretty efficient!
