I am writing a review as a customer. Having been notified that my parcel was to be delivered, I then received an email at exactly the same time saying it couldn't be delivered because I wasn't in.

Later the same day I received another email saying that my package had been delivered, when it had not. I was at home the entire time and saw no delivery being made. Attempts to contact Sprint Logistics and the original seller have been unsuccessful and I have lost an expensive item, due to their incompetence. There is no customer service, no compensation, and no accountability. I'm absolutely furious and disappointed, and apparently have no recourse other than leaving reviews to warn other people.

Very professional company and team. Always hands on when needed and they give confidence to protect and prevent rather than react to problems.

I’m writing this review because I genuinely wanted to thank the entire team at Sprint Logistics.

Black Friday and Q4 in general were handled unbelievably well. As an e-commerce brand, you work with many different companies over time. That’s exactly why it stands out when you find a partner where the excitement and appreciation for the collaboration simply don’t fade. That’s exactly how it feels with Sprint Logistics.
