Great way to file tax return on Swiss dividends from the US. Sprintax makes is easy to answer questions from the tax form, upload documents, and get everything notarized and submitted. And they even wire the refund to you as a domestic wire instead of international. This is all for a very reasonable price. I just wish I had found them sooner.

It was easy to enter most of the information. There were few occasions where I did not have any information on my 1042-S tax slip and the software insisted to enter information. Overall I am very satisfied that I could submit my US Tax return in a few hours.

I'm a J1 VISA holder and working in US. Idid a mistake for my tax return of my first year. Several problems have occurred. My return was congested and it's so difficult to contact IRS by my self.

The company positions itself as being focused on foreigners, but while in the Dominican Republic — with the “best” internet speed typical for this country — it’s impossible to even create an account on the Sprintax website because the page is too heavy. So, I had to switch to competitors who had no issues providing service to foreigners physically located in third-world countries. Sad!

The experience has been very convenient. Very easy to use and file. The Live Chat team of Mark Valentine is very helpful, who helped answer queries even in the night. Mark has been very supportive. Also Joanna who has been very helpful in filing forms and Yana who also helped in filling the forms. All these people in the entire team are very supportive.

I have not yet proceeded with getting Sprintax to prepare my tax refund but I am about to do so. I live in a country where filling my taxes are so easy, I can almost do it with my eyes closed. Yep! So filing a US Tax return is pretty challenging for me and I had to use the live chat function extensively. A person named Megan Lancaster was on the other side of the chat and she was so patient, so amazing. I went through the detail of asking her what I needed to write for every single question and she patiently answered and explained thoroughly. She made my life sooooo much easier.
