PCO drivers do not go to Splend
I urge PCO drivers not to go Splend. It’s a trap. Once you are hooked and booked with Splend, your life will start getting miserable. The guy named Dion in Kilburn is the ultimate twister and lier.

We take comments like this seriously, especially when they relate to how our team communicates.
From what we can see, there was a mismatch in expectations around vehicle eligibility. For executive/XL vehicles, there are minimum trip requirements in place, and it looks like different figures may have been communicated due to your change in vehicle preference, which understandably led to frustration on the day. That should be consistent and clearly explained upfront.
We’ll review this interaction and how requirements are explained to make sure the experience is clearer and smoother going forward.
