Ordering was fast and simple online. The scooter was easy to assemble and I am very pleased with the entire process from SpinLife.

White glove service showed up 4 hours early with no warning. I paid extra for a different color seat and frame which they got wrong. Was offered no refund for what I paid extra but was assured they would atleast send the correct color seat cover. They sent to the wrong address and now won't respond to me. So they basically stole $50 for the seat and frame upgrade.

This company talks a good game however they do not stand behind their products. I have bought wheelchairs from them my sister bought wheelchair my husband just bought a wheelchair I called them with a complaint about the new wheelchair that I had just received 8 months previous. There was a problem with the joystick immediately however I thought okay this is not like my other chair maybe it's me but it was not me the joystick is too loose it has too much play I am constantly smashing into things. My husband just bought a wheelchair which arrived yesterday from spin life and his joy stick is perfect there is no excess play and heave in mentioned how bad mine was so I called the company. Big mistake oops it's been 8 months they said we're not going to help you unless you pay this huge service charge and then we might not even help you pay for anything.

I know I am nothing special and I know I should have called immediately but I was unsure I am elderly sadly and disabled arms and legs and I really wanted this new chair to work. I will say I love the chair but from the time I got it it felt like nothing was tightened that it was extremely loose and the joystick was faulty and had way too much play which causes it to be dangerous. For me it seems like they should take care of this it's not that big of a deal but for someone senior citizen I'm a limited income the hundreds of dollars they want me to pay now yes I just I just can't understand it. So this from someone has used spin life for everything all my wheelchairs 3 wheelchairs my sister's power recliner and now my sister was going to order from them to nothing she will no longer be ordering from them and I will never order from them again this makes me very sad thank you for listening.

Ordered a part and I guess it must be coming from CHINA so it is going to be delivered after September which is not except able

The gentleman was knowledgeable and made my buying experience so much easier

Easy to fold & unfold. Not very light weight. I’ll have to get others to load & unload it. So far everything is good.

Just received my electric chair a (Jazzy light weight)
easy to assembly, charging battery only a couple hours, folds up easy and works great!

I ordered a walker urgently for my mother (ORDER NUMBER: 147975267) for several weeks I received nothing, and moreover, no information on the phone or email.
Today I somehow managed to get through to them,
to my question Where is the walker, Amanda rudely answered that the walker will not be there
I asked why, then she just hung up.
I called back again and demanded my money back, Amanda told me that the money will be returned within 3 days, such are our rules

Sales representative entered the wrong measurements for a chair, and tell me its my fault. Now I'm stuck with a 3,500 dollar paperweight and unable to move in my own house. Try any other company than these guys, they'll just take your money and run.

Easy website to navigate. I did call the service center and they were great as well. This is our 2nd purchase and they are fantastic!
