I trust Spin Life with my mobility needs this is the second lift I have purchased in the past five months due to rear end collisions which totaled my life Spin Life NAS the best customer service at all. TRASH COMPANY!!! My wife was in the hospital for weeks and needed a medical bed for when she was to come home. we ordered a bed expecting it in 7-10 days, but it never showed up. we canceled the order and bought a bed locally. Spinlife is keeping 20% of $3500 for a bed we never saw or received. Their response when my wife keeps calling is that's our policy. Way to take advantage of handicapped people spinlife. We will definitely keep warning people not to do business with you.

Selecting Second Day or Overnight Shipping will expedite the delivery of your products once they are ready to ship, but will not shorten the production or processing time. We also had the Labor Day holiday in which the manufactures were closed. Good news! FedEx is delivering to you today.

I ordered on line / delivery not as described.

I ordered on line. so far so good. If I get another chance to review after I receive the scooter I will.

The scooter delivery has been delayed. twice. The website said that the scooter normally ships the same day of order. received in about a week. Very misleading. the scooter is not to ship now until September 19. The need for the scooter is urgent. however I see no urgency in getting the fully paid for Scooter to us.

Update. Scooter arrived on time after the shipping issue was resolved.
the scooter is great, was easy to put together. it is easy to maneuver.
Customer service did there job well.

UNFORTUNATE

Terrible! They made me pay $400+ for a new battery, which does not work AND to get it working, I have to schedule an appointment which will cost me an additional $247.

Regrettably your batteries are no longer under warranty with the manufacturer and since you did not purchase the in home service contract with your product there would be a charge for a technician.

Rejection of all my calls and several emails

I have been in communication with this company for the past three weeks. Regarding the warranty on my pride scooter. I have completed all the requirements they asked of me. Primarily spent $140 on a technical check of the problem with my scooter. I am in need of a new motor. And at this point the company Will not return my calls Will not respond to my emails. I have sent them the information from the certified technician I have sent them the serial number and the code for this item today is August 12 and still no response.
PS the day after I posted this review I got a positive response from spin life. So I hope there will be a good out come

Service Tech and Sales Rep have yet to get back to me…

Service Tech has yet to get back to me about warranty work/replacement of my not yet 5 month old GT Buzzaround EX. In lieu of that I again ordered a new mobility scooter but Sales customer service rep did not return calls/chat/etc contacts re product questions. After 4 scooter purchases in 4 years I may need to change supplier. I want to be loyal…..but….
