ordered a hoover dishwasher part from the manufacturers after a week contacted them to ask where the part was ,sorry its coming from Italy and it will be another week,cancelled it right away.Looked on the internet found s 4 a ,found the part with fantastic close up of the part ,ordered it ~(cheaper than hoover)and original part too,came well packed two days later ,quality service second to none.j clement

1) I ordered the part that we needed and my credit card was immediately debited.
2) As I'd heard nothing more from Spares4Appliances I contacted them six days later and received a reply two days after that.
3) In the reply the customer service person claimed that the part had been despatched on the day of ordering it and that I should speak to Royal Mail about why it had not been delivered.
4) My wife took time out from work to drive to our local Royal Mail depot where she was told that there was no record of the parcel.
5) I contacted Spares4Appliances with this information.
6) Spares4Appliances replied saying that the item had to be ordered from a supplier. I asked why I had been told that it had been posted to me.
7) Received a response that they would need to reorder the item from their suppliers as they had been let down. If I wanted them to reorder it I could but it would be a few more weeks before it could be delivered. There was no explanation as to why I was originally told that the item had been posted.
8) I cancelled the order (and had the money credited back to my credit card) because Spares4Appliances wasted our time on a pointless trip to our local Royal Mail depot and then changed their story as to what had happened to my order. I do not have faith in their customer service.
Very disappointing and one of the worst online buying experiences I have had.

Two new bottle shelves for my Neff refrigerator arrived 48 hours after ordering with brilliant communications as to who and when the delivery would take place. The price was the most competitive I could find on the internet and the parts were genuine. Certainly a company I would recommend based on this experience.

Fantastic - a new knob for my 30-year-old Creda Contour cooker glass inner door - I didn't think it was possible. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a replacement coffee jug for my Morphy Richards coffee maker. Received this within 4 days of placing order using the Second Class Standard delivery. Over £10 cheaper (including p&p) than the official Morphy Richards site. Will be using this company again. Thank you for your excellent service

I ordered parts for a dishwasher, received confirmation of order immediately, followed by a confirmation that they had been despatched that afternoon and the parts arrived the following morning. Excellent!

I need a part for my Smeg fridge......they had it, no one else did, and it was cheap! Paid normal carriage and it was with me in two days.

2nd time I have used these, very good.

My fridge/freezer broke down. I called in a local repair company who said it was the pcb. They said a new one would cost £116 plus the cost of fitting. Spares4Appliances supplied the right part for £42.58 including first class postage. Order placed 12.30 pm Friday arrived Saturday. Fitted it myself and now all working.

My only criticism is that the photo of the part on the website was of some other pcb which did not look like mine. This almost put me off, but the part number was correct and it was indeed the right part when it arrived.

The above review did not require a response and I am mystified that one has just come after almost 10 years!!

Just ordered a controller for Bosch dishwasher. It was out of stock, but they were excellent in keeping me updated and responding to emails. Good price too. Would recommend.

Ordered a inner glass panel for my oven after my original glass shattered under light cleaning.
After contacting New World appliances for a new piece of glass, they kindly informed me that they would charge me over £60 for a new panel because I was out of guarantee, so I decided to try and source one myself online.
I came across spares4appliances.co.uk and found the glass panel priced at £35 with just over a fiver for delivery.
I ordered it yesterday at 3pm ish, and it was delivered today at 2pm!
It was the correct part, packaged well, delivered fantastically quick and the price was one of the best on the web compared to other online parts suppliers.

Ordered a new oven thermostat over bank holiday weekend. Notified before lunchtime on Tuesday that the order had been dispatched by recorded delivery. Arrived first thing Wednesday morning. Fantastic service! Average price for this part is about £35. Some suppliers were charging up to £70. Total cost from Spares4Appliances including VAT & delivery? £19.54. Unreal. My new first port-of-call for appliance spares. Well done S4A.
