Unfortunately, today when I turned on the TV, I encountered a blue screen, and none of the remote functions are working. This is manufacturing defected solution Given that the device is still under warranty, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 12 hours, I will be compelled to escalate the issue further, including possibly seeking recourse through the consumer court.

wanted to follow up on our conversation from a couple of days ago regarding my ongoing issue. Unfortunately, I have found it quite challenging to get a response despite multiple calls to the Sony customer service agents.

Today, I spoke with Khushi Madam, who mentioned that she would connect me with my area manager. However, I understand that there was a meeting, and I have yet to receive any feedback from a senior representative.

This experience has been quite disappointing, and I feel that as a customer, it's crucial for us to receive timely assistance. I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide to ensure that my concerns are addressed promptly.

The truth is especially sports tennis cricket football badminton events are specially offered nicely with Sony liv subscription. We can watch the episodes at ease. But the fact why three star is when the events are on the full coverage is going low , secondly Only india preference with this we miss many interesting events thirdly the most boreing event is extra innings sports extra wasting our time and also the other running events are missed out. We subscribe to watch events enjoy the game not extra discussions. Stupid people comment for winning and also loosing, they wear the same dress every day this wasting time programme needs tobe cancelled. The name Sony Liv has on sports will go off.

I am watching cricket in Sony live and when overs 5th ball was bowled the sound of ad was comming and the quality is very poor and hindi commentry is soo bad,so I recommended everyone to avoid Sony live.

Suddenly SONY increases their rates & we who have already paid to our service provider HATHWAY gets disconnection from last so many days. WHY ???

I subscribed to this premium channel in US mainly to watch Indian Idol. The whole experience has been very disappointing. It looks like the channel is being run by a bunch of idiots who do not give a shit about their subscribers. Content is delayed by days after live broadcast in India and the quality is poor. I had high expectations of quality content but thoroughly disappointed.

I have premium subscription (1499). Still there are so many ads every few minutes. The moment you fwd or rewind, the ads start again.
Very very disgusting experience.
Wish the content owners choose other streaming providers.

What company are you people running? , it's just cheating people, taking money from some abandend account that has signed out , and there is no mode of communication with real people out there , I have been just texting a machine since long that even cannot understand even a line of message that I send , all the best on scamming more people .

Utterly incompetent service.
The content is outdated, low-quality, and clearly neglected. Customer support is useless — they don’t read complaints, don’t resolve issues, and just parrot the same canned response like a broken record.

Cancelling the service doesn’t even stop them from charging you. I cancelled and was still billed for renewal, then told “auto-renewal is on” as if that excuses taking money after cancellation. That’s not customer service — it’s either gross incompetence or deliberate misconduct.

Zero accountability, zero value, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid

SO IN ORDER TO CONTACT THEM SO SEE WHAT SHOWS THEY HAVE YOU HAVE TO SIGNUP WITH CC...WELL NOW ITS TIME TO SIGNUP AND THEN FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CC...THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT WELL THAT IS WHAT THEY GET.
