Bought a mattress, was comfy enough but was far to thick for the bunk bed I bought it for. Would have definitely kept if it wasn't to deep. Said they will sort a refund and collect the item.

We had ordered a bed from them through Debenhams and realised we'd like more storage, so opted for a different bed from them. 10/10 customer service, the team at Somnior were responsive, understanding and we got our refund for the original bed asap as well as the collection. I highly recommend them. The bed itself is just as pictured if not better too and was very reasonably priced compared to competitors.

Good company with good products. When the item turned out not to be right for us, they arranged collection and refunded the amount. Good communication though I had to chase a few times via email for both returns and refund. Overall would use them again…

Excellent mattress and excellent service from the company

Unfortunately I had to return the mattress, however Somnior made the process very easy and straightforward. Their e-mail responses were always speedy.

I have ordered again, previously I ordered items for my daughter and she's happy with her bed/mattress just what she wanted. Any problems/issues customer service where lovely and same day reply. I will happily order again.

Unfortunately the mattress we ordered was too big and we had to return it. The team were amazing and agreed to return at no charge. The mattress was collected 3 days later.

Somnior have been very helpful with my situation after ordering a headboard that didn’t quite suit my standard. After trying it on I then wanted to return, which they explained was not part of the refund policy and wouldn’t usually be accepted. However after some understanding they kindly made the exception to book a collection date free of charge, and offered me a free refund. My headboard has now been collected, and I am still waiting on the refund which I’m sure they will follow through with, and I’m very grateful for their understanding and integrity on this matter. Thank you!

My grandson ordered a mattress for me it was to small thay resolved the issue straight away and the delivery guys were very nice and helpful and on time

I ordered the small double mattress but it did not fit my bed , therefore I emailed them as I had to order the double size mattress , very helpful and made the process easy for me , excellent customer service , booked the return immediately and had no hassle communicating with the team

Great communication from start to finish. Even though there was an issue of my making they resolved it without any fuss.

Bought a Somnior Ziggy divan bed from the online retailer NextDivan Beds at the start of the month. It's great value for money and so nice to sleep on. The build quality is really good, I wouldn't bother wasting money on the high street brands, I spent a fraction of the money by buying from this website. The delivery guys even took the bed into my bedroom!

We bought a single and are very happy with the quality and comfort of it ! It’s very thick and bouncy and for the price as well, definitely found a steal here. We bought a 2nd mattress for the spare room but chose a small single to see what it was like but decided it was too small and got in contact to do an exchange, the customer service was fantastic and arranged a free exchange to the door service! Really impressed from start to finish, so thank you!!

I ordered a single divan bed just over a week ago and realised that I had in fact ordered the wrong size!
I got in contact with Somniorbeds and asked if they would be so kind as to cancel the order for me, not actually thinking that this could be cancelled at such a late stage as it would involve a lot of extra work.
They came back to me the next day and advised that they had actioned my request.
