We were disappointed with the final sign but recognise that it was perhaps partially our fault. The lettering on the sign was smaller than we had envisaged (perhaps a little guidance would have been helpful) and the option that we chose not to have the letters whitened (which we thought would be visible) meant that the name of the house is impossible to read. We are going to have to paint them in for otherwise there won't be any point in erecting the sign as it can't be read.
All in all a bit of a disaster and some help (which I now see is provided on other websites) would have been good.

We bought this nameplate for our friends holiday home and they were delighted with it.We have been looking for sometime for one and think we have chosen the best.

Loved the wooden shed sign, perfect size and easy to read. Got it on time and securley wrapped, a great Xmas novelty present, but also good all year around.

The service provided was first rate, delivery was very quick and unaffected by the Christmas post. The signs themselves are of a very high standard and very easy to put up.

I purchased the rustic cheeseboard a while ago and had to chase. I spoke to a gentleman when I called and he said he would post it next day (although not sure why not already sent) to my hone address, as I explained I finished for the Christmas break and would not be at the work address to collect.
The item was delivered to my work address today and my colleague had to inform me - so delivered to the wrong address.
The item is not as descibed on the website, it is a basic oblong with no rustic features. Although it is nice, it is no what I thought I was though I was ordering.

I tried to contact them by phone and left a voice message. No one called me back but responded to the email I subsequently sent. The response was that they thought it was nice and they have had no complaints whatsoever. No offer to exchange, return etc and the email etiquette left a lot to be desired.
What a shame as this company was recommended but was very poor on all counts.
Unsurprisingly I will not be returning to this company.

I wanted a rustic type sign as a surprise present. I was very pleased with the clarity of the writing as it can be seen clearly from the house. I would definitely get another sign from this company again. Thanks.
