Excellent service from start to finish. Teresa was a very friendly and clear about what the company could provide. She came out and inspected the site. Sean and Chris came on the day booked. They were purposeful and determined, and built a great shed. The solid shed team - Teresa and Tony, were helpful and accommodating for the duration - even being willing to swap my tin of Protek when I had a change of heart after the shed was built. Very pleased and thank you very much.

Turned up early and fitted in less than an hour.
VERY solid sheds.
Timber looks good, fittings are substantial.
Lets see how it weathers before I stain it😏

Just had a 12 x 8 shed fitted by Steve and Dave from Solid Sheds via a purchase made at high legh garden centre. They were extremely helpful moving a fence panel for me that I should have already removed. They were very friendly and built the shed very quickly. The shed seems to be of excellent quality and very solid. I would highly recommend this company and praise the staff they have working for them.

The shed itself is great but the guys who came and put it up were brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

From Julie in the sales department to Dimi and Brad constructing the summer house in extreme heat, this has been a great experience all round. The Summer House looks fabulous. I Would highly recommend Solid Sheds.

Prior to ordering the salesman came to survey our garden and access and gave us advice about the correct sized summer house for the area.
It was erected today by a really fantastic team who were very respectful with our property and efficient with erecting it plus ensured that the base was level and solid. It is an excellent sturdy 8x8 corner summer house. As you can tell we’re very pleased and looking forward to using it.

Excellent service - both the laying of the concrete base and the fitting of the shed. Both teams were professional and did a great job. Would recommend.

From ordering our shed to delivery and build, an excellent service with a smile, and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Clear and professional team who were informative every step of the way. Despite the fact you could buy cheaper to self build, I would recommend Solid Sheds for service and very competitive.

Amazing company. I've only got a small garden and I bought a budget summer house, Teresa was so helpful customizing it to fit my garden, adding an extra window to add light. My summer house is such good quality, and looks amazing. The whole process has been stress free, the guys building the shed we're so helpful and did an amazing job, can't recommend enough.

The sales in this company is very deceptive. The book price advertised was £3,000.00. By the time the sales left the price of the shed had increased by 33% to £4000.00.
The sales literature is not a guide its deceptive.
Be careful the sales people.

From visiting their local branch at Burnsides where we were shown all the different log cabins and summerhouses to the installation everyone involved were very polite and professional and there was no pressure.
Special mention and thanks to Teresa at the Burnsides branch she was very helpful.
All workmanship was completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased with our new log cabin and shed.

From chatting to Paul at Burnside garden centre to the 2 lads constructing the shed yesterday the service has been faultless, Choosing our shed with Pauls help was easy. He explained all the add ons and we were free to choose which we wanted. We opted for the 5 x 7 Apex with wooden base stronger floor and 21mm Log lap sides. Very good price. The lads from Solid arrived yesterday and worked together like Torvil and Dean, brilliant, great attention to detail, no mess, no fuss. Polite. Credit to the company. We are thrilled with our new addition.

I express my dissatisfaction with the installation of my shed and summer house, purchased from Solid Sheds in November 2024 for approximately £6,000.
Recently, during a period of strong winds, my neighbour noticed that strips of roofing felt had
started to lift. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the bottom edges of the felt had not been properly fixed or glued, leading to the issue. This is not a case of storm damage, but rather a failure in installation.

When I contacted your customer service team to raise this concern, I was met with an unwillingness to assist, citing the warranty’s exclusion of weather-related issues. Despite explaining that this was an installation defect, I was told that any visit or work required to rectify the problem would come at an additional cost. Moreover, the tone of the interaction left me feeling disregarded as a customer, which is unacceptable given the significant amount I spent on your products. I am very dissatisfied with the after care provided and would definitely not recommend Solid Sheds!

Lovely garden room from Solid sheds. From start to finish, they arranged erecting it, first electrical fit, plastering, second electrical fit and then we were ready to go, all with no hassle. I'm very impressed and definitely recommend

Really good service and a great shed. It may not be the cheapest but you need to pay for quality like this.

Love our Potting Shed. Bought from Burnside Garden Centre. Paul was excellent, and slab base built with precision by Kamil. Shame his work was covered up!
Installation team were excellent. Thrilled with Build, and really pleased we upgraded the finish to log lap.
