We’re looking forward to delivery of two Helmsley sofas soon and hope to be able to review them every bit as positively as the customer service in the friendly Edinburgh showroom. Sara was a pleasure to deal with and understood our brief completely, which was quite exacting. We wanted smart, comfortable sofas that would be family friendly for our younger grandchildren, a change from our current colour scheme but still complement our chairs and rug, and would fit within our budget. Sara picked out fabrics that would look good, but importantly, also cope with the odd mishap. She suggested we choose a different fabric for the cushions to add a bit of texture and impact, and helped us find a great match. Her advice and understanding of our needs were first class, and she helped us bring the project in within our budget.

Terrible customer service. Visited Chelsea showroom on a Sat afternoon, had called earlier to ask if they had a particular item on display and I mentioned I would be coming in later, I was not told I needed an appointment. When I arrived the showroom was virtually empty, maybe 1-2 couples browsing. The two staff were sitting at their desks/ computers, one barely acknowledged me when I entered, the other was polite and got up to assist me but he was clearly in a hurry for me to go and told me I should come back on a weekday or Sunday morning when they would have more time. No where on the website does it say that an appointment is needed. Most people who work cannot come at those times, especially not for a sofa! It’s also not clear what these staff are there for if they don’t have time to serve customers. I had been ready to place my order today but I won’t be going back. This place belongs in the Home Counties not Chelsea,

Good delivery service.

We ordered 2 cromer sofas from Sofas and Stuff. Both arrived after c.3 months in the wrong shade and with the wrong legs. We sent a photo of the fabric sample against the sofa and their fabric house confirmed that the shade falls outside of their shade tolerance allowed between batches. They told us they would send us replacement legs which will take 3 weeks (3 weeks!) to arrive and suggested they can offer us a discount if we keep the sofas, or they can offer a replacement in the correct shade. The replacement will take 9 weeks. As the time to replace the sofas was quite long and we wouldn't receive any compensation for the error and delay if we decided to replace them, we accepted the discount. Whilst I can appreciate that the colour variance was due to the fabric supplier, it is still Sofa and Stuff's ultimate responsibility to ensure that the orders their customers receive are correct, particularly given the high price point.

On the positive side, the delivery team were excellent. Very professional, friendly and respectful of our home and the sofas are very comfortable. Rianna at customer support was also very responsive and professional and was keen to help find a resolution for us.

The two delivery men were excellent. They let us know exactly when they would arrive. They were kind, considerate and efficient. We appreciated them taking all the packing material away and would thoroughly recommend them.

Arrived in time for Christmas and our sofa not only looks fantastic but also super comfy! Ellie and the team in Salisbury were super helpful and gave us a lot of time! The mattress is also proving to be a success. And the delivery team very efficient and very accommodating to moving an inch this way or that! Happy Christmas to you all.

The delivery team of Matt and Gary arrived on time having called in advance to confirm an arrival time. They quickly went about their business of moving from the truck to our house the sofa and chair. Polite, friendly and respectful they get a five star rating. Thank you all at sofas and stuff!!

When I received my sofa there were a few quality issues, all sorted now.😁That's not my story this is....
The quality and experience I received from Sofa and Stuff customer service was exceptional. Firstly I spoke with Sophie who understood my concerns and endeavoured to help rectify them. Sophie is knowledgeable and so kind she reassured me that all my concerns would be sorted. There were a couple of hiccups along the way however I was kept updated. There were still a couple of things I was still unsure about so I was contacted by Hayley 😁. Every retailer needs a Hayley!!!! Hayley is brilliant she knows how to put your mind at ease, and also found solutions. I have never experienced a more positive, helpful and kind person. All of my worries and concerns were dealt with a honest, professional and sympathetic manner. As a side note the delivery men were brilliant they were without exception respectful of my home and professional. Thank you so much sofa and stuff, thank you Sophie and especially Hayley. Excellent service from start to finish. Right from this company really demonstrates that it cares about customer care and satisfaction. We had an access problem with the first attempt at delivery because the sofa was too long. They took it away again and within the hour I had a phone call from Hayley to say that logistics had come up with a solution and rescheduled the delivery for 2 days later. Gary and Manny arrived on time, expertly installed the sofa, removed packaging and gave us care tips. We are absolutely delighted with our furniture and so pleased to have dealt with such a reliable company.

Gary and Manny were amazing! We had a bit of a tight squeeze getting upstairs, but knowing the product, they were able to advise the best way to maneuver our mattress and we managed. Great communication from ordering to delivery. Very excited for our new bed 🙏🏻

Having spent far longer than I imagined, due entirely to the excellent number of designs available, finally settled on a 3 seater Alwinton sofa. next up was choosing the fabric and once again was spoilt for choice . A luxurious Osborne & Little won out in the end . although not essential there was the opportunity for pre Christmas delivery which I was only to happy to accept. I was offered a sample of the material , to be sent to me , in order to help with choosing cushions, however, and this was the only disappointment in the whole process, having not received this after two weeks I had to call and ask again, it was sent very soon after my reminder.
A phone call on Wednesday , let me know my sofa was in and would be delivered on the Friday , on the day prior to delivery I got a 2 hour time slot as well.
Aden & Garry arrived promptly , having also called ahead when about 30 mins out . Delivery was very efficient and tidy, all packaing was cleared and removed with my asking, sofa set up along with a couple of useful bits of advise on stain guard protocols and plumping cushions when required,
all in all a pleasurable experience.
If you want to " go cheap " then Sofas & Stuff are probably not for you, but if you want quality with excellent customer service, then they are a great option.

From start to finish, Sofas & Stuff have been great. Paola in the St Albans store was so helpful and friendly and the turnaround time to get the sofa before Christmas was quicker than I expected. Nathan and Bylik put the sofa together, left no crumbs and gave me pointers on how best to maintain it. Friendly lads did a great job. The sofa its self is gorgeous. So happy with the purchase and refuse to move out of the corner section. Thank you.

Gary and Tyler were punctual, cheerful and meticulous. Our sofa and armchair were carefully positioned and checked and detailed instructions were given on what to do in the event of a stain. Top marks for courtesy and all-round helpfulness. Thank you, both.
