Great product, not so great service.
First blind turned up looking like a fork lift had run it over. No problem with getting a replacement but that turned up without brackets. New brackets were ordered which took a further week to arrive.
The blind itself now it’s up looks really nice and seems to be of good quality.

Buying just slats, the ordering process was confusing as you had to fiddle the width measurements of the recess to get the number of slats you need - which seems pointless, but perhaps linked to software issue.
Really glad the slats also come with the chain and weights in the price as makes everything a breeze.

We have reviewed your order and noted that a blind for a Keylite window size "01C" was ordered, whilst the code on your window displays "T01C". As per our website information displayed on the product page, the size code ordered must match the size code displayed on your window.
As per our email, we offered to supply a replacement blind at a discounted rate, we have yet to hear back on this.
We are sorry you are not happy with the blind received, however the size ordered was incorrect and our website instructions were not followed.

It was a little disappointing having to wait an extra three weeks for the blinds to arrive but I do understand there were shortage of material. Very pleased with the quality of the blinds and how easy they were to put up. Would recommend this company.

Check out etc were straight forward but there is a delay due to delay in sourcing fabric for the blind, so we have not yet received it. However the company have been good at keeping us informed.

Delivery lead time is misleading
Delivery is misleading. After several phone calls chasing the item up I was advised the 7 days delivery as illustrated was FROM dispatch not from order date! Lady I spoke to was surly and unfriendly. I placed my order on 23rd April and received it on the 10th May - admittedly here was a bank holiday but still a very long wait with absolutely no communication at all and then all of a sudden the delivery man arrived at the door with no warning!!

I made a big mistake on one blind out of 13, which was a shame, so will have to re order.
The bad thing is the boxes are not in number order. Of which you sent the measurements. So your number 1 window maybe number 6. Was very confusing and stressful to say the least.
