First time I’ve sold a car (as opposed to part ex’d) for years, but Andy at SMR Direct made it a completely easy, hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
His examination of the car was forensic and detailed ; he spotted faults I had no idea were there. Admirable professionalism and expertise, I thought, but I obviously then expected it to be followed up with a sad face and plenty of hard haggling.
So I was utterly delighted when he made an offer for the car that was more than fair. Certainly not what I was expecting. And certainly more fair than I have ever achieved whilst part-exchanging! (Worth mentioning that Andy didn’t leave until the cash was in my bank account).

Never easy selling a high end vehicle but from the first contact to finally parting with the vehicle, they were well organised, good communicators to ensure the process flowed with consummate ease.
