I was an early adopter of Smartsheet and used it extensively in my business. It worked really well. Then the price increased, and it was dumbed down and features taken away. Now it is just a shell of what it used to be. Time for new leadership.

This shower keep helping yourself to your money, I cancelled my plan and then you find the account is still open and somehow they get access to your new credit card ! Avoid do not give them your credit card details total scam.

In short - As a paid smarsheets user, they have a non-existing support. It is near impossible to get hold of them for support. Their services (actual project management tool) is mediocre. Nothing worth awarding.

Morally disgraceful company. Openly make it as physically difficult as possible to reduce your account in any way. Please please avoid unless you want to end up in a contractual trap. Absolutely disgusting.

been using it for 6 years on a work account and not a fan. too many ads and popups even with paid accounts.

Love the software, but was miss sold features that are included in the business plan, but not the pro. The business plan works out 10 times more expensive as you need minimum 3 users. All I wanted to do was link multiple sheets to a summary sheet, but this is a business feature. Whats the point of having a summary if you can't link multiple sheets??? Explained this to sales as support were UNCONTACTABLE and unfortunately they refused to acknowledge or do anything about it.

Sadly this is a great tool, but completely unusable if you have a problem as you can’t speak to anyone except sales (and even that is hit or miss), and they don’t bother to even acknowledge let alone action support cases. Once a fan, now sadly looking to go elsewhere.

Had 25 paid licenses for full connected users and all other users were free. When we upgraded to Silver in order to utilize additional tools, all the free users became paid users. We were not warned about this. 1000's of people who viewed a sheet were now being counted in the connected user count. Our bill went from $65K to $165K overnight. Shady AF

I GOT BILLED 28,5 POUNDS WITHOUT EVEN HAVING AN ACCOUNT. THEY DON'T ANSWER TO MY EMAILS AND I CANNOT RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK AND/OR REFUND.

I initially used the free version of smartsheet and thought it was fantastic! We wanted to add another user so took on an additional license with the paid version which unfortunately believe it of not gave us less functionality unless we paid for another license. We therefore didn't use and switched to Monday which has been amazing! This year Smartsheet automatically renewed with no notice or warning and they refused to refund even of day of renewal. Its a real trap so be warned. I would never recommend based on their service and lack of flexibility unless you stick to the free version.

If you choose Smartsheet, prepare to pay for it forever. I continue to be inappropriately billed for Smartsheet access despite having confirmation that my account was cancelled over a month ago.

I have been using SmartSheet for a while now, and I must say that it has become an indispensable tool in my daily work routine. What I like most about SmartSheet is its remarkable versatility.
It's not just a project management tool, it's an all-in-one solution that can adapt to various tasks and projects, making it highly efficient for both individuals and teams.

Clunky user interface, un-appealing design, dependencies don't always connect, internal communication is awful, and the gantt charts are horrid.

Just use Monday or Asana, they're both easier and better.

I signed up for a week just to try a Gantt chart. I received TEN emails, that’s more than an email per day in the space of 7 days. Absolutely disgraceful. I couldn’t even try the product itself as it was extremely complicated/did not have access to all the charts. I don’t understand how you still believe that spamming your clients with emails is a good marketing strategy! I had to unsubscribe + block the senders because it was just too much. Maybe the product is good, but after this experience, won’t be bothered again.

Smartsheet This company has good technology. In reality this company know how handle people and how to help them. During my work I not though too much. I work freely and bult my confidence. This company is good pricing and good in delivery. This company has good internet. Thanks.

Très mauvais logiciel de gestion de projet, passez votre route... Peut être que c'était bien il y a 20 ans, mais maintenant il existe beaucoup mieux. :)
Des bugs dans le logiciels, jamais corrigés malgré plusieurs rdv faits avec le service client pour les expliquer.

I love Smartsheet for collaborating with my team and automating our business processes! Really useful tool to manage business from project management with real time reporting to robust workflows such as ticketing systems. Big congrats to Smartsheet team for adding new features and making the products better and better!

Nobody ever responds - worst customer experience ever.

Can't edit a sheet I was given access to even after signing up and personally paying for 2 seats for me and my admin. Called the contact number and had to leave a message. Left 4 different chat bot questions for cases with no response to any of them. Will reach out to the bank and have them go after the money I've spent with these scamming people.
