WOW was everything I was expecting and more. From the moment we walked in it was breathtaking, Would definitely recommend. Only problem was heating but as soon as i reported it, it was fixed. Simone was amazing and so helpful Thank you made my birthday petfect

The house we stayed in for a family birthday weekend was perfect for our needs catering for teenage grandchildren and adults. The facilities were excellent the indoor pool, games and snooker table kept them all entertained. Ideally situated for us in the middle of nowhere! The company were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and in particular when we needed to change various extras at short notice. Will definitely be booking with this company again.

Fuzzy Orchard is one of my favourite properties within the Sleeps 12 portfolio. Immaculately decorated, surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills and countryside of Somerset and set up to ensure you have an amazing stay whether it is work, rest or play. Perfect for business retreats, team builds or just a just special time with family and friends. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Clean and tidy, everything we needed and a pool as well. Great place to celebrate my 70 year Birthday with Family and Good Friends.

The booking process was easy and very clear from the start.
The house itself was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. Fully equip with everything you would need for.
I would highly recommend the property and location. We stayed the end of January, i think the property would be even more memorable in the summer.

The venue was beautiful. Well set out and had wonderful welcoming gifts.
The postcode on the booking was incorrect and was actually 20 miniutes away from the venue. We had to use the what three words reference after connecting with the owner.

What a delightful house and perfect for family get-togethers. So much to keep the younger members of the family entertained. The pool...the kids loved..
The sauna and hot tub the adults loved. And the BBQ hut we all loved, just a fantastic weekend away. Thank you so much Hams Bottom.

From the easy booking process, right through to the returning of the deposit, Sleeps 12 is very professional organisation.

Wonderful house plenty of room with the added bonus of a swimming pool we had a great time

The house was amazing but it’s January, it’s winter , it’s England , it’s cold . The house was nowhere near warm enough . We were warned the aga was not working but what we were not told was it was the only form of heating in the kitchen - it was freezing in there . The only thing we could do was turn on both the electric ovens and open the doors which we didn’t want to do . We did ask if a portable heater could be provided but we were told that wasn’t possible . Our bathroom was fabulous but it was too cold to use , our bedroom was enormous but again was cold , luckily we were able to borrow a quilt from an unused room and doubled up .we did light the log burner in both the dining room and smaller lounge ( we are all very used to log burners ) but both rooms filled immediately with smoke and fumes so we decided not to go down that road again . We did report this to the owners and to be fair he did come around on an afternoon and lit them for us - he clearly had the Midas touch , we still don’t know what we were doing wrong . The fact that the house was nowhere near warm enough was disappointing to say the least , it’s a basic basic requirement in January.
On a positive note the house is amazing with stunning views but the fact that it felt cold in there did take the shine off what was very disappointing to say the least . My advice to anyone thinking of booking Kennard hall in the winter make sure you pack your thermals !!
