We ordered a tap from Sinks-taps.com, we were then told the tap had arrived with them damaged and that the new tap would take the best part of a month to arrive. No tap arrived. When chased I was told that that tap ordered had been discontinued and that Sinks-taps would source an alternative. No alternative was ever sourced. I emailed back asking for a refund, no response. I phoned up asking for a refund and was told the order had been cancelled and refund processed but would take 5 working days to go back to our account. No refund arrived. I chased again for a refund with no response. Shockingly bad customer service. I know the reviews seem to be positive but I wouldn't touch these guys with a barge pole. Still awaiting a refund 2 months after ordering a tap.

Spoke with Richard in the sales team who advised me on the right product which met my requirements. The taps arrived the next day and on inspection by my plumber found them to be of excellent quality and very competitive price. Will certainly use this company again.

Great Customer Service on the phone. Was able to have all my queries answered on the kitchen tap and hand-spray I wanted to purchase and got a price match. Products were well-packaged and were delivered within the time-scale stated.

We chose this 3 way (hot, cold and filtered) tap because it looked good and worked at normal household pressures unlike some others which need a booster pump to get a decent flow. Delivery was quick and the fitter said it was a pleasure to work with. It is now installed and we are very pleased with it.

I needed a sink bowl and a mixer tap to fit in my remodelled utility room. This company had what i wanted after searching their excellent website the order was made and the goods were delivered in short order well packed and of the expected quality. The price was very reasonable, all in all a good deal.

They had the Blanco trap in stock so I ordered, I later called them to upgrade the delivery, which they did with no fuss, just paid the extra cost, came next day! Fitted and job done.

I ordered my 4 in 1 tap on Friday 25th April, it arrived on the following Monday, fantastic service!! No problems, I would highly recommend this company

I ordered a Franke sink in the Black Friday Sale, as you could imagine it was a good price. The delivery date wasn’t clear so I called customer services; they answered immediately and confirmed it had already been dispatched and would be delivered on 26 (today). They called me this morning to confirm the delivery would be between 15:30-16:30 and just before 4 it was delivered. I placed the order on Sunday 24th and it was delivered Wednesday 26th with great customer service. I did see some (very) negative comments but my experience my faultless.

Richard responded very quickly and was very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
