Still waiting for a part that was ordered nearly one month ago. The manufacturer of this part always deliver within a couple of days & so I can only assume the fault lies with Singletrack Bikes.
I got an email saying the item had been re ordered a week ago but still nothing.
Avoid at all costs

It's my first encounter doing business with Singletrack Bikes and it will be the last.

An unsuitable item was returned within the allotted period to obtain a full refund, February 2025 and I also provided a royal mail proof of postage receipt.

More than 14-days lapsed and still with no credit to my original method of payment I was forced to complete an online enquiry.

Royal mail confirmed safe delivery of the cycle computer bracket and I followed this up with a number of emails to the company, which proved to be futile.

With the amount of disgruntled and 'negative reviews' posted on the Trustpilot website, I quickly gathered that I am one of the many frustrated customers.

Based on my personal experience, I do not endorse this company and this is due to their lack of business integrity.

Every customer should be valued and not left at a financial loss especially when due process was followed and the returned item was received in a timely manner.

This is the first time that I have completed an online review but on this occasion I strongly feel it is necessary due to the financial injustices.

I ordered a new freehub over 3 weeks ago. They haven't replied to multiple emails and are not answering the phone. I'm not sure if they've gone out of business but best avoid.

Avoid. Gone out of business. Order placed 6 weeks ago. Nothing received. Emailed after 3 weeks and told they’ve gone out of business but are honouring orders. Still, nothing received and no responses to emails.

Placed an order on Feb 20th, received an email saying goods despatched.
It's now 3rd March, Royal mail haven't received the item despite a shipping label being created.
No one answers the phone and only email responses are automated.
The business is closing so they are supposedly selling the last of the stock. I cannot wait any longer for the goods so have asked for a refund and given a week to issue a refund. Failing that I'll be opening a dispute with my card issuer.

I ordered a Miche Chainring, paid via PayPal and the item arrived yesterday but the wrong size. Checked my order which clearly has the correct size shown. Tried calling them 8 times, the phone auto answers then cuts out. Sent 3 emails... no response. This is not looking good!!!!

Update: Business has closed down and accounts are frozen

I ordered an item for my roadbike in their sale. It didn't arrive after three weeks or so. I chased via email and was told they had problems with their suppliers. 'No problem' I said. I waited more and around a week later, I got a single line email saying they had cancelled my order. No explanation, no customer service, no mention of refund, no offer of an equivalent, not even an apology, nothing at all! I could have gone to another retailer and bought something equivalent in the sale, even up to around a week ago, but now it's too late. Really, really disappointed. I bet they take ages to process a refund. Avoid.

Ordered a gilet for my son’s birthday. They took the money the day I ordered it. It took several days to despatch. I had not realised the cheapest delivery charge meant they had 14 days to get it to me.
I had put my son’s home address as the delivery address as it needed to go to him because he lives 2hours away from me. They managed to send it to me. A gremlin in the system? I now have to post it to him so more cost to me. Definitely will not use these people again.

Terrible service! Don't bother using this company if you want to receive your items quickly, as it took over 3 weeks to get a pair of tyres from them

Excellent Customer Service... I placed an order, and unfortunately due to my mistake, I had to cancel.

The company was great, and fast at cancelling and issuing a refund.

For me they are trustworthy

Very poor aftersales service. I had a very poor experience after running into an security issue with my child seat. All I get is (incorrect) best guesses on how to resolve the problem by myself, while it's obiviously a manufacturing issue. Not even trying to resolve this properly by getting in touch with the producer.

Good communication by phone, speedy delivery, items exactly as ordered and well packaged. Perfect.

Visited store and looked at a cube gravel bike
Staff very friendly and helpful was allowed to take bike out for a wee spin loved the cube nuroad gravel bike.Made a deposit to secure bike picked the bike up a couple of days later and was advised to bring it back in after I’ve done 50k for a wee service and tune up

Overall a very pleasant experience when purchasing a new bike

Knowledgeable staff at the end of the phone, great prices and a great service.

The item was competitively priced and received in good time. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you Singletrack.
