I ordered goods from Simply Sound Ltd via Amazon. The goods were never delivered but both Amazon and Simply Sound Ltd are in no rush to refund me my money, 1200 euros. They are tracking the goods but why should I suffer and be out of money whilst they sort their internal processes. I wouldn't use either Amazon or Simply Sound Ltd ... be CAUTIOUS ⚠️

That is how it should be done! Well done and thanks! I placed this order after cancelling another matching order with another company, who were waiting on stock and then updated the delivery date on their website without even telling me to be three weeks later. I get that shipping is unreliable but if you focus your business on managing your stock rather than running out you end up with many more happy customers.
Also because their pricing was more competitive I was able to order more clamps and leads than on the order I had cancelled.

I bought a new column speaker system…
I bought a new column speaker system and it didn't work. The pre dispatch checklist of tests and inclusions stated that it had been tested and the modes had been run through. The item was very securely packed so the checklist can't have been completed and just ticked anyway. I've complained but they only seem to be able to deal with one message a day and are unavailable by phone I'm to l by their retail shop. The delivery was good and speedy but it didn't power up. I had a message today to try another power lead and check the fuse. Maybe Simply Sound and Lighting should ship spare power leads and a screwdriver with all products. It's just not good enough. They paid lip service to their checking before dispatch and are doing the same post sale. Very, very poor.
It was eventually sorted out but at their speed not mine. They didn't seem to understand the severity their poor service means to their customers. They were however always very polite.
