I am so pleased that I have found simplypiste - and all the other simply-outlets! I thought that their website looked good and was very easy to use - including the helpful videos regarding products - as well as ordering and paying etc.

The products are great - I purchased 2 walkie talkie radios to use when skiing and a neck warmer. I received the products the next day!

Overall - very impressed and will be using simplypiste again in the future! :)

I bought a snow suit for my 1year old and am thrilled with it. Service was brilliant, delivery was quick (less than 48hrs). Quality of suit is great and keeps my baby very toasty!! Would recommend this company.

Had researched the internet for this particular back pack. Your web site was easy to browse, was informative and simple to use. Your prices were around the average, but was impressed with the delivery cost.
The updates by email were excellent and I could track my order at anytime. Estimated delivery time was given with an hours window which was excellent and it came within that time.
Coming from a family of ardent skiers who regularly go away and are always renewing their equipment I would use and recommend the site again.

I ordered from this site and unusually for the internet, next day actually meant next day. I was sent a text confirming my order as well as emails!

I ordered items from another Ski shop on the same day. The items turned up 2 days later, yet it offered the same next day delivery.

I will defo use them again.

I ordered a ski jacket on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday which is very good service since I live in a remote part of Scotland. The jacket was as good as I hoped it would be and am now longing for my skiing holiday!

Had no problem with Simplypiste. Website was very easy to use, all the product shown under a catergory, not like other sites, where you click (for example) "Ski Gloves", then you have to Click which make, that annoys me. The item, a pair of North Face Ski Gloves, good price, mailed out and I was kept informed via e-mail every move, received them within 3 working days, which I would say should be standard. Overall very pleasant experience, would use them again.

I found the whole experience of shopping on this site excellent. The video demonstrations of the products are an great idea, that helps you make a much better informed decision on the product. I ordered a pair of Scott Ski Pants, and they arrived less than 24 hours later - within a 1 hour window delivery time. Really impressed - the best online shopping experience i've ever had.

Great customer service on phone. They send notifications via email & text to confirm when delivery is. Would most definiately use again.

The website description and video review of product are very helpful and make shopping on-line more like being in the shop.
The service is prompt and accurate and the delivery service easy to manipulate so you can be there to accept your parcel. The only downside is I couldn't arrange delivery at the weekend: surely a Saturday morning service would be possible?
