Great product and service! Ordered an O'Neill child's ski jacket and paid for next day delivery, jacket was delivered first thing the next morning.

The product is great - the website could do with improving their descriptions of the product, the photographs looked good, but there was very little description of the jacket, which made me hesitate in buying it.

Received order within the week. Excellent quality at a bargain price and the postage was free. Far better than Ebay.

This is the second order i have made within a few days, reasonable prices & i am so pleased that a company can get an item out so quickly & that item is delivered when they state. It really does do what it says on the packet! I had to return an item also (too big) which was just as easy. The delivery company you use (DPD) are also very efficient.

First of all, the site offered the cheapest price for the bags I wanted, with the lowest delivery costs. The costs were clearly shown in advance, unlike some sites that lure you in with a cheap price and then whack a huge postal charge on top.

I ordered on a Sunday and the delivery arrived on the Tuesday - can't beat that for speed.

I'd use this company again.

Needed to exchange an item, and despite it being out of the 30 days (Christmas and being away) they still honoured an exchange, which was great! Can't fault the customer service. Great response to emails too, very helpful!

My order must have been dealt with almost instantly and I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived at my house!

One of the three item was out of stock.
It is unkind to say which was wrong stock management.
This caused all the order cancellation.
We have to resubmit the order for rest of two.

I ordered my goods online at 10.27 and received notification at 14.14 that they had been dispatched and my goods arrived the next day - excellent!!

However, I made my online purchase through TopCashBack ('TCB')and no record of my purchase has been credited to TCB so I have had to contact TCB to ask them to investigate. This is a real shame because I because I found SimplyPiste on the TCB website and would not have ordered from them otherwise.
