Bought a Sony X90H 75inch TV 2 weeks ago and I was really impressed with the service from enquiry to purchase, Bradley and Mathew were really helpful with all the information I needed. My only disappointment was that I wished I could have waited another 7 days for black friday and would have saved another £200 but when you got no tv and need one!. Ordered a new Samsung Qled TV today no hassle service quick and easy ordering and to beat that dropped off same day by the owner thanks Mike.

I recently bought a Samsung TV from Simply Electricals in November 2020. One of the main reasons for doing this was to support Good quality local family run businesses rather than national chains. I found the service excellent from start to finish including expert advice from Mike on which TV to choose for my intended use, including how to mirror and stream content from apps to the TV.
Delivery was very quick and problem free. I will be definitely using this company again.

I have been using Simply Electricals for quite a few years now and never had any problems with them staff all very polite and helpful delivery and set up very helpful polite and most of all removing any large packaging a big must for me due to illness will with luck on my side will buy from them again and would recommend then any time.

Superb service our freezer gave up in the middle of the pandemic when everybody was panic buying freezers they went above and beyond to get a new a new freezer to us having to travel a fair distance to get it to us

I was trying to order fridge and freezer separates during pandemic. Only the fridge was in stock but an online chat with a very helpful advisor got my order over the line. The delivery experience was equally painless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simply Electrical’s.
