Brought fridge freezer from this company as local euronics didn't have the model I wanted. Phoned the night before to say it would be delivered early in the morning. Delivery guy really friendly. Only criticism he was on his own and if my husband hadn't been at home due to furlough I dont think I would have been able to help him get it into my property. Would definitely recommend

i had done my research around the TV (sony 65 9505) and sound system (sony ZT9) and elected to shop as local as possible according to stock. i made contact over the phone and it was a good job i had done my research as the staff offered little or no technical insight / deal / alternative. 'the price is what it is - if you want it - order it online' despite this approach i went ahead and ordered online having promised myself to shop as local as possible. The goods arrived as promised in a reasonable timeline (separate review re the goods). the service could definitely have been better - but i wanted the goods and they had them - business transaction

I bought a solid oak tv cabinet through their eBay store and the resulting communications were excellent arranging a convenient delivery date over in York in time for Christmas. I received the planned 30 min advance call from the two drivers who were most helpful and efficient with the actual delivery. A smooth transaction throughout and well recommended to deal with.

Bought a NEW lG tv for Christmas. they did promise 5 days delivery (but it took 8). Cant fault price though

Very efficient delivery service to the West Coast of Scotland for a music system that was out of stock all over the country.

Excellent service, our freesat box gave up I telephoned I thought Rawtenstall as that was where we usually go but now Bolton. No freesat recorders in stock but I was phoned as soon as they arrived and it was delivered and set up the next day.

When looking for a new TV it was really easy to find the one I wanted. Harder though, to select the right supplier. I wanted someone local that also offered the service I need. Simply Electricals fitted the bill exactly and, with the exception of one small glitch on my side, things were done extremely quickly, efficiently, and simply.
Highly recommended.

Good value and excellent delivery service and customer command

Placed an order on line for a Sony 48” Oled TV from Simply Electricals on Thursday and was delivered as promised 5 working days later by one of their own delivery drivers who was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the product. The TV itself is an amazing piece of kit but beware it can take some time and patience to get it set up to your own personal preference but once done it really is a stunning picture. The sound is also reasonable for a television but I still personally prefer it through a cinema surround system. So to sum up if you want a top of the range TV from a an excellent reliable dealer at very competitive price I would definitely recommend you buy from Simply Electricals.

Ordered a Dyson V8 online on the 28th Nov which said it was in stock with free delivery to mainland (no additional coast to my area at the time of purchase) - later found out they did NOT have stock and was additional £15 to deliver (the website was later changed to add my area as an additional cost) - Still waiting to hear back when they will have stock and weather they will deliver free as stated when I placed the order?

Considering the current situation contacting simply electricials was quick and easy. I was able to speak to an agent and not those dreaded voice prompts. Michael Gilmour was very helpful with advice and setting up account, as indeed other members of staff. I would no hesitation in applying with other purchases with this Company. Delivery claimed to be 3-5 days, took 2 weeks! And at that, a very unhelpful phone operator told me ‘it will be on Friday, we can’t give you a time’

Delivery address was different from the billing address, and I was told it can’t be delivered to an alternate address from the billing one. God knows why, the only company I have ordered from, who can’t deliver to a different address from the billing address, even tho on the payment page they ask you for the delivery address. Why ask if they can’t deliver there? So had to take the day off work, and be wait from 8am, was delivered at 1.30.

I wouldn’t recommend this company, not the most professional and delivery isn’t as advertised.
