If you watch the video for the first time then have a go, the system is relatively straightforward to use and the chat helpline is REALLY helpful, with a very fast response time.

Easy to use and you get fast results
We use Signable for all our contracts, terms of conditions and application forms for our recruitment business. It's easy to set up, and you get results fast. Oh and it's a lot cheaper than DocuSign! Highly recommended.

I think there may have been a little bit of confusion here. We are an e-signature provider, so that would've been the service used to send you a document; however, we are more akin to postal service in this situation, and we are not the company who has requested your signature.
If there was an issue relating to the document you have signed, please refer to the company who sent you this document originally; the company name should be in the email subject you received requesting your signature.
Would recommend
Easy to use platform and able to pay as you go for credits vs other providers where you have to sign up for a subscription.

Great except
The program is very easy to use. The only issue we have is that a customer will print and sign contracts because they don’t scroll down and read all of the instructions. I think this could be brought to the signers attention better somehow that the contract is “ELECTRONIC!”.

In regard to your concern, we should have just the fix for this. Once logged into your account, if you head to Company Settings > Preferences > Scroll down to 'Email Settings', you should be able to see where it says 'PDF attachment'. Ensuring this is toggled off, no PDF will be attached for the signer(s), but they'll still be there for you as the sender (just a simple way of elimating any confusion for the signer and ensuring they head straight to the signing page).

Straight forward to use. The idiosyncrasies I noticed before have been fixed with the recent updates. I appreciate that I can pay as I use rather than have a monthly subscription, making it ideal for my small business. I like to ability to save contacts - not possible with a competitive product I used.

Our contacts tab can also serve as an efficient search engine if you're ever trying to locate a specific envelope in your account. Searching a recipient's name via the contacts tab > clicking on such contact will reveal all envelopes you've ever sent them!

Great for a small business
We are a small business with fewer than 20 employees. The fact that Signable has a pay as you go option was vital to us, as we mostly need it at the start of the season when all our staff return and need to sign new contracts. The whole process works well and is very affordable.
