We have been using Legalesign for a few years now and cannot fault the service we receive, The system is very easy to use and fulfills all our needs for processing documentation for completion and signatures.

The company's services are excellent and well understood portal even for non-technical people. It saves time and effort to send legal documents to clients through their portal at a fraction of the cost you'd spend with well known similar companies. You're getting more for your money. I have used them for several years and definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a document signed that can be presented to the court or in a legal settings if required.

After a really bad experience, I stopped using Legalesign but a year or so later I tried the product again. Awful, quite simply the product didn't work.

I have just prepared a time-sensitive document for signature. I got to the final stage, pressed the bright blue send button and got two error messages: "Failed to send document" and, hidden behind it "There was a problem". Of course, Legalesign didn't say what the problem was. Also, in the top left corner, there was a little green box that, when I clicked it, stated: "Done! All required actions complete. Your document is ready to send." Well, that couldn't be further from the truth. Finally, if Legalesign had the facility to attach a document to their support Ticket Section, I could have shared a screenshot! Utterly useless.

An update following the post above: This morning the help team and Legalesign reached out to me and after a video call said they would resolve the problem. While the person I spoke with was very helpful, it is now 10 hours later, and i haven't heard anything anymore. As it happens, I went back to using PandaDoc (free version). The application has improved since I previously used it. Very easy to upload and send the document; everything worked and the signed document was returned. Shame LegaleSign couldn't get things done.

Really easy to use programme, straightforward process to get documents signed electronically by clients. Customer service is excellent.

Excellent customer service — response times are just a few minutes. We use Legalesign for our candidate registration forms and it has been a great addition to our workflow. Once the forms are set up, they are incredibly easy to use. The automatic integration with our database is a huge time-saver.
