The came up from Fife which is a 2 hour drive. Proceeded to put their music on outside my property and yes it was loud. As for swearing…..it’s not professional at all. One frame has 2 screws holding it up resulting in holes in the walls. Total bodge job. There was no consideration especially when the old windows were taken out, the ground floor of our house has bits of plaster and is covered in dust, apparently they had a hoover but didn’t use it. There was a lot of shouting (music on too loud) was told a plasterer would come up to make good……. Our lovely house has been turned into a nightmare

Workmen came on time ,worked very hard and did an excellent job. Can't praise them enough.

Explaining how the operation would work beforehand. Keeping to time allowed for work, clearing up afterwards. Very friendly group of workers who obviously enjoyed working for Sidey.

Happy with replacement door, slight problem with piece of trim but this was rectified immediately

Competent tradesmen and good quality of work

We had our porch replaced two or three years ago by Sidey so we had no hesitation in commissioning a new back door to match the work we did at the front. We asked for a quote for two new windows and the back door, The work has now been undertaken, five hours completed so professionally. We are delighted with the outcome.

A first class product from Sidey’s Heritage Collection that replicates the original sash single glazed windows on our property.
There were a few teething issues (from what I’ve heard this is not uncommon with double glazing installation), which were rectified promptly.
Sidey is a little bit more expensive than other firms but you get what you pay for.
Excellent service, friendly staff brilliant product.

I had a Windows and Door installation done by these cowboys - absolute rush job which determined the finish, they put no thought into it either, bit's sticking out, vents not clipped in properly on the windows.

Damaged letterbox, damaged external sill, gaps in the very frame they manufactured, squint number plate, bits of fascia not fixed to the wall, both the doors and windows were drafty after the installation because they hadn't been fitted correctly or assembled properly - absolute nightmare.

8 months on they still haven't completed remedial work.

Don't give these guys a penny!

The customer service by the tradesmen was really good especially concerning the reinstatement around the windows.

Courtesy, politeness, efficient working and excellent workmanship. Patient and helpful staff at the showroom. Straightforward procedures for ordering and payment - though the notion of a cheque handed to the installer on the day is a bit irrelevant for most people these days! remind me what a cheque book is....

Excellent quality, great communication, installation team professional. Kept the house clean and tidy during the installation.

I had my council house windows replaced by this company yesterday. Kyle and John were my fitters and they were absolutely brilliant! They were approachable, informative, very hard working and very good at their job. They left my house immaculate having hoovered and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks boys

Had 2 doors fitted. Excellent product and extremely well fitted. Fitters were friendly and efficient. Very very pleased. Would definitely choose Sidey again.

Incredible and capable staff from showroom to installation. Going to use Sidey again for another upcoming home renovation.

I commissioned Sidey Solutions to fit a front door previously and as their service and product was excellent, I also had them fit a patio door.
The whole process was easy, the patio doors of excellent quality and the technicians arrived at the booked time promptly, were friendly and very tidy. I couldn’t fault them. I would buy from them again.

The fitters were excellent. The were both hard working, conscientious and paid attention to detail.
They were courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.
The only negative was that a crack has appeared from the top left hand corner of the door running diagonally towards the ceiling.
