Arrivati in casa abbiamo constatato che l’immobile era davvero molto sporco, bagno compreso. L’abbiamo dovuta pulire noi. Abbiamo notato subito diversi problemi nell’appartamento, segnalati al gestore e mai risolti.
Il paradosso è stato che alla nostra uscita ci abbiano addebitato somme rilevanti per danni già palesemente esistenti.
Mai abbiamo trovato una situazione così, davvero un peccato per una città bella come Milano

Don't rent from them, not worth it!
I rented an apartment from Shura Apartments (shura.apartments) for a limited time. I was in another country, so I was not able to visit the apartment beforehand.
- I had to send the security deposit before being able to move in, even though the contract clearly stated differently
- Luckily, the apartment existed at all (that's the only good part!)
- Even though I paid 150€ cleaning fee, the apartment was completely dirty and I had to do a multi-hour cleaning session to be able to use it
- The apartment had multiple damages which I reported on the first day. They told me they'd fix them, which never happened
- The damages (e.g., a crack in the floor) got worse over time, even though I was very careful, which was to be expected because they didn't get fixed in time. Now they want to keep most of the security deposit to repair the whole damages, even the ones that were already there before moving in!
- They told me they'd keep parts of the security deposit to repair the plumbing that was functioning completely fine when I moved out (even though this should not be covered by the tenants as per Italian law).
Overall, this was a really bad and frustrating experience. I'd say it's better to not rent an apartment at all then from them.

Ci dispiace sinceramente leggere la sua recensione e sapere che la sua esperienza non sia stata come si aspettava.
Sappiamo quanto sia importante sentirsi accolti, soprattutto quando si arriva da un altro Paese, e ci rammarica che non abbia percepito la cura che mettiamo in ogni soggiorno.
Desideriamo però chiarire che ogni appartamento viene controllato e pulito da un team esterno qualificato prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti, e che eventuali segnalazioni vengono sempre gestite nel minor tempo possibile.
Il deposito cauzionale viene richiesto — come previsto dal contratto — a tutela del proprietario e viene trattenuto solo in presenza di danni effettivi e documentati.
Il nostro compito è quello di tutelare in modo equilibrato sia il proprietario che l’ospite, e capiamo che, nonostante l’impegno e la buona fede, non sempre tutti restano pienamente soddisfatti, soprattutto quando le percezioni o le aspettative divergono.
