Hi Jennifer, it’s a real shame you’ve chosen to leave this review after our long (late night) conversation last night where I shared the tracking number and also advised that the tail was already in the USA. To attempt to speed up the delivery I had paid all fees and taxes in your country so it would be super fast and in fact ended up paying more for the courier than you had actually paid on the website.
Sometimes you just can’t please everyone, but I can hold my head high knowing we really did try and pull the stops out in getting this tail made and sent to the USA in a matter of 5 days.
The tail is showing as due to arrive with you today (US TIME) before 8pm

I’m super sorry for the delay in getting your parcel out to you. We’ve been away on annual leave from the 28/12 to the 19/1 and due to security issues we were unable to publicise this across social media too much.
