Fantastic service as always, always arrives when it should great value for money.

The products are ok and reasonably priced. Slight delay in posting the products out, when compared to other companies that I use, so took a while to arrive.

I bought two false plaits which are beautiful. A lovely product. However, I feel that the postage is expensive for such a small item.

The false plaits arrived promptly, were easy to use after I watched your video - and saved my life turning out my part bred coloured pony !

I thought the brush set was a great deal. You got a lot for your money. I was slightly disappointed that they arrived in a plastic envelope which had ripped and a brush was half sticking out. Also, it would have been great to get a print out of what the brushes were and what order to use them in.

Excellent service nothing was to much trouble would and definitely use again.
Products are stunning cannot wait to use it this week end at our first show with him.

We bought mane knots for our pony with a ribbed mane. I ordered the best colour match or so I thought! When they arrived it was clear they were too dark. I popped a message to ask for an exchange and this was granted no problem. But with confidence.
Sheepskin mitt also works lovely.
