I ordered these EMU boots as one of my wife's presents - ordered late as usual on the Friday - received confirmation by email and traced via Post office throughout. The boots arrived by 11AM on the Monday - perfect timing as wife didn't get home until midday. The boots are excellent and the wife loves them to bits. Would definitely use again.

I had to telephone to order the boots as the online sytems wasn't working properly, tle lady that i spoke to was very friendly and helpfull and my boots arrived within 2days !!
Would use this site again.

Delighted to have found Shoe Envy. They had the shoes that I had been looking for on other shoe sites only at half the price. The service was excellent. I received my order within a couple of days of ordering. My only wish is that they get more choice of shoes and bags especially of Fly of London as they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought.

My favourite boots ever are my fly mes brown boots, had them for ages and they were pretty wrecked so I was so chuffed to find them here for half the price! Ordered my wife some slippers and we ordered a size too small (as per online instructions). They came quickly but didnt fit. Staff really helpful about returns and new ones ordered quickly. Wife over the moon with the Emu slippers.
