A terribly upsetting and disappointing experience- wish I’d read the reviews before ordering and paying for a wardrobe (and only used them as it was literally £10 cheaper than Wayfair!) but looked genuine.
Seems to be excuse after excuse with terrible contact and untimely replies.
Ordered and paid 13/9/23. Item didn’t arrive when stated, no contact advising me so.
I emailed and got told my item had been in a van that had an accident (or broke down).
After again no delivery from attempt 2, ‘my newly dispatched’ wardrobe- I read these reviews and knew what journey I was in for.

After no wardrobe, I asked for a refund, got told yes you can have this send us details, which I did. Then I got no reply.
I rang and was told by a woman, they had my email and it would be up to 15 working days.

I emailed to reflect this conversation and asked for it in writing. No reply!
six ignored emails later, I rang again, when a very helpful man called Mark, turned around my experience- he was brilliant and explained the online part of this company was with new owners and they suffered internet issues amid other issues.
He then found my 6 emails in the spam box (but bear in mind the previous lady told me she’d got my emails).
I actually am unsure if I believe this, but true to Marks word I did actually get my full refund yesterday - so thank you Mark.

I would not EVER use this company again, and I do not Recommend them. But they have refunded me.

Now 18 months since this company took the money . All the responses from them are disingenuous.

They WILL take your money with no intention of delivering . All sorts of lies will follow.

Furniture ordered and paid for in May. I have received only 2 responses to my many emails. In the main I get no response to calls or emails. Its unacceptable. Ideally I would like the wardrobe but this looks unlikely. What are the chances of getting a refund?? Zero to none. Total disgrace! At least have the bottle to answer emails. I have said if you are unable to supply then issue a refund.

As with all the other reviews of this Company, only wish I had read them first before I ordered!! Ordered some furniture in August, not delivered, no refund received despite several promises of it being issued "the next day". I am not sure how this Company are still trading. Please do not order from them. I am still waiting for the refund John promised me in August and September.

Avoid this company. Over 18months since ordered. Had a part refund of 1/3 of what I paid. Shocking way to run a company. Are you going to refund the rest of monies owed Sethcodoors?

Seriously do not use this company I have been waiting for doors for over 6 months and all I get from the call center is they have marked my case as urgent. I’ve requested a refund and I have still not received any response.

Absolutely shocking experience with Sethcodoorstore. 15 emails later and regular calls to the receptionist, they took my full payment in July, £500+ and still no bed has been delivered. Twice they have responded to my emails. Absolutely devastated by be out of pocket. Wish I'd read these reviews beforehand. To be out of pocket by this company in a cost of living crisis leaves me speechless.
Avoid parting with your money with this company. SCAMMERS

UPDATE: so he promised a refund and said it would take 3-5 working days to reach my original payment method. 9 days later, no refund and surprise surprise no reply to my further 3 emails. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY

This is my third review after being rudely told by Sethcodoorstore no more reviews were needed as they had refunded me on 12th Sept for the door that never arrived. They lied. Still no refund. We have to accept we've been totally scammed by this company. They will never give us our money back. Such a bunch of lying scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Did report this website to abuse@webfusion as they have operated by
selling products -> promised delivery -> no showup after 2 weeks -> customer follow up -> they responded reassure they will deliver -> no showup again --> at this point customer got no reply whatsoever -> that finally customer gave up and had to raise a dispute with bank. To sum it will take more than a month before you noticed the fraud.

When looking up website reviews, several customers have reported sethcodoorstore. There is no reply over phone anymore for the number 01642 034214, seems like they had go for a run now.

Sethcodoorstore asked me to contact them. I did I asked for a refund of £812.70 (this is the 6th time asking for a refund) and yet to receive it. Seems like they only reply to negative reviews not the actual email. If no refund within 24 hrs, I will report sethcodoorstore.co.uk to hosted domain registrar so you can no longer scam others.

I ordered a bed from this company on the 22/08/23 and they said it would be 14 days before delivery. After many emails i got a response from them saying the couriers have the bed and are going to deliver it soon but they never did and that was on the 05/09/23. I’ve tried phoning and emailing multiple times but nobody is responding. This company communication is horrendous. I’ve asked for a refund but yet to receive it.

After placing my order (51286) 15/7/23 and paying, received doors weeks after which are all incorrect and had been sent back on 7th September 2023 with the promise of a full refund!. 3rd October and still haven’t had my money back. Only get to speak to someone on reception and told same dribble to check emails/junk folder as they so busy scamming other customers and nobody is available to deal with me or my refund. Please anyone who thinks of spending their hard earned cash with this company PLEASE DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THIS COMPANY. Will be seeking legal advice to retrieve my money back. Absolute joke of a company!. JPR king scammer!.

1. PLEASE REPORT THIS TO YOUR BANK ASAP SO THEY CAN REGISTER THEM AS FRAUDULENT.

2. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID VIA A CREDIT CARD, PLEASE REGISTER THIS WITH THE POLICE AND BLOCK ALL COMMUNICATION AND REPORT AS A PHISHING ACCOUNT.

It will be one year since I ordered the doors. Many calls and emails have met with either false promises or ignored completely.
I’m not letting this go and will pursue this legally.
My advice, don’t enter into any business dealings with this company.

I ordered 7 doors but only 4 came and one was water damaged. I tried emailing but had no response. Ive phoned nearly every day looking for an update and all ive had is admin saying they will pass the message on and get rhe "team" to call me back. This has held me up on finishing and getting paid from a job. This will be taken further!

Very poor customer relations.
Tried so many times to get thru on the phone on various numbers that are advertised but no longer in use. When I did get thru I was told they would phone me back regarding the issue asap. I’m still waiting and can no longer get thru to them. Oh, I tried emailing them too but had no reply.

At first, when I read the reviews, I was very wary at placing order with Sethcodoor. However, I took a chance and placed an order for 8 doors. The customer service was brilliant and was advised step by step the progress of order. The couriers informed me of a delivery date. Then two days before advised a time. The doors arrived on time and in a great condition. This took about 2 weeks from placing order to receiving goods. I would like to thank you for a great service.

Responsive customer service from a family-run business

Ordered 2 doors on 15th Aug after chasing multiple times, via email and phone, for a delivery date i was finally told it would be W/C 4th September. As i had not received any contact from them I had to order the doors elsewhere. I have now been waiting for a refund since 1st Sept. I was told it was issued to me on 1st Sept but have been waiting since for my money. Again been told multiple excuse as to why it hasn't been issued, i am now left wondering if i will ever get a refund and will £252 out of pocket.

Having failed to keep 3 delivery dates I requested a refund. They offered a fourth date with a discount and they could not understand why I refused. They cannot be trusted. Despite agreeing to a refund, surprise surprise this has not materialised. I note a flurry of positive reviews, trust pilot should investigate these as likely dishonest much like the company. I will be giving daily updates as I was told to allow 5-7 days for receipt, I knew it wouldn't materialise given the other reports on here. The company should be investigated. Where is esther ranzten when you need her!
