Serious toilet rolls are now a few grammes lighter. They looked slightly smaller. As usual - shrinkflation!

It was great but they tend to deliver when we aren’t there!

We got what we wanted, delivered on time and helping to save the planet

Very fast delivery. Well informed prior to delivery and placed where we wanted them in porch.

"All parcels are sent via DPD tracked Next Day Service." Ordered a couple of days ago and still not dispatched. Why should I trust the claims about your eco-credentials when you can't even keep your delivery promise?

Just received my first order - it's really high quality loo paper, and very soft! I will try and convert my daughter who uses the bamboo stuff which is horrible - thin and hard. She's trying to do her bit, but I think yours is so much better and NOT coming all the way from China.

Great product, pleased they use recyled products rather than bamboo

The toilet paper is great. The delivery is always spot on.
And it's doing out bit for the environment.
I would definitely recommend.

Saw this on my FYP and thought why not. Feels fine not scratchy at all, the box is so cute under the sink and I love that it's actually made here.

Great to find a product using recycled paper from UK.
Easy to order and subscription is explained, detailing how often rolls would be delivered depending on household size. Plenty of communication on order and delivery time (bit of a shame that delivery driver just dumped box on my doorstep and ran off) The rolls are a decent size and do the job they were intended to do!
I would definitely recommend.

Have subscribed for a few years. Good range of products, last longer than most commercial brands. Paper products aside, I also like the laundry sheets.

Really good product, is soft and doesn't disintegrate on use. Also, they were delivered 2 days early.

Seem to be good loo rolls

Great products, great service, great delivery and great prices, Simply the best

I previously used nicely wrapped no more crap however having looked further in the overall ethics, Serious came out better. Very speedy delivery, toilet paper fit for purpose.

all good , quick deliver, thicker toilet paper than I imagined, can use less pieces!!
good to know I'm buying ethically and small business

Clear communications and given the recent weather an excellent delivery with your driver placing the box in a dry place provided by us with a note, Thanks

Placed an order on 15 November 25 and beautiful item received today (22/1/26)
