I would recommend this company for anyone to use. They have great customer service skills and people on the phone to talk to. There is no pressure to take the quote that they give you. When you get the quote you get 20 days to accept it at the price they gave you. Then if you want to except it you just have to give a few details for them to be able to contact you. I don’t this late last night and had a phone call this morning. Have already been paid and the collection of my vehicle has been arranged.

I was stuck with my lovely skoda and the garage could not identify a problem with the power steering which did not work. I found this company on line and they paid straight away and a very nice guy came along with the trailer and off and away it went. Very very helpfull and efficient.

I had an issue with my car on the Monday school run. After ringing 4 garages that didn't want the work and wouldn't touch it due to the complexity of the fault, I rang the Ford dealer who wouldn't look at my car for 3 weeks and wanted £2000 minimum.

I had an offer Monday afternoon, slept on it, asked a few questions which they were really helpful with, gave the go ahead Tuesday 9am, had the money in my bank at 10am and the car was collected Wednesday at 9am. All done and dusted with no issues allowing me to buy a new car and get on the road. I got all the money from that original offer, no knock down, no haggling. I'd highly recommend and I'd use them again.
