Harvey made the whole process very easy and even though I was sceptical at the beginning that it might be a scam. I was wrong and they provided a very easy way to get rid of a Nissan Qashqai with a blown engine. I would advise everybody to avoid Nissan as their customer service is non existent

I was sorting trying to get my mums Ford Fiesta repaired but whilst waiting on the garage to have a look I came across Sell Your Problem Car when searching for quotes on selling instead as the cambelt had snapped.
They came back with a quote far better than the several others that I had contacted.
The quote was based on the issue with the cambelt but after a local garage has looked at the car the fault has escalated into needing further repair work.
I called "Shaun at Sell Your Problem Car" and explained the situation and asked for a revised quote as I now had half the engine in the boot. Shaun agreed to honour the original price :-).

Upon agreeing to sell my car to Sell Your Problem Car the whole process took only a couple of hours!
In that time they had contacted the garage to arrange collection, contacted DVLA to advise the car had been sold to them and then paid the money into my mums account before the car had even been collected by them.
