Con men, sent a iwatch after been offered £90 after inspection they offered £15 saying there were scratches and the battery was only holding charge at 85%. The Watch had been purchased 2 months previous from Music Magpie for £200 and had only been out of the package and never worn and was rated as good by them so I find it hard to believe they sent out a dodgy product, then after another so called inspection by someone in despatch they offered £26 avoid these cowboys at all cost.

Received return packaging next day, I sent my phone by special delivery and payment was received the same day that it was received. Fast and efficient service and 💯 recommend.

I sent my iPad in beautiful condition to them they quoted £250 . Few days later they offered my £30 and it was damaged I am furious. !!!! Beware .

Well I didn't expect to get my payment in one day so I guess they must change that on their Ad and I received a couple of emails stating they have received the phone but their service would be slow due to a short staff problem (must find taller people in future).
All in all the experience was good.
Bubble Wrapped phone & wrapped screen with a Glasses lens cloth and wrapped in A4 envelope for extra protection.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, the offer was 220 pound and once they received it they offered me 30 pound saying the screen was damaged and cracked , the screen was perfect when it was sent!
Makes u wonder what they are up to after reading the reviews .
Requested them to return the phone so dread to think what the condition of it once its returned.
I get the impression that they think people just can't be bothered with the hassle so will just cave in, not a chance they shouldn't be getting away with it!

Excellent service paid same day as item received

Tried to send them my phone twice. Both times I never received the post package them claim to had sent to me. Now I constantly get emails telling me they haven't received my phone yet and any reply to them is ignored.
Don't waste your time

Simply awful ! Beware and don’t send !!!! Still waiting for my iPhone 12po max back after being offered £200 when the website offered me £400 !!!
