Horrible company - I sent my device TO THIS COMPANY to sell. Brand new in the box and sealed. They opened the item, damaged it and emailed me and lied that they would need to lower the selling price originally agreed. I declined due to their fraud behavior and told them to send me the item back!
The item was apparently sent back but I was attending a family members funeral in another city, when it was apparently 'delivered by Royal Mail'. I never received it back so I had to keep chasing sellmyiphone company to raise a claim for the missing/stolen item. After many attempts they finally replied and "said' they had submitted a claim. After months of chasing them they told me royal mail declined the claim so I said I wanted my compensation, after many attempts to chase this bum company they escalated the claim. I still didn't hear from them. So I chased them again after 5 months of this ongoing issue and they told me royal mail declined the claim. Had I not chased this up, this bum company didn't care and just sat there waiting for me to keep contacting them. Both this company and royal mail are frauds. They lose people packages and then blame it on "it was delivered" stupid MF's!!! STRONG ADVICE - DO NOT SEND YOU DEVICES TO THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AS I HAD. I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET!!!

Actually pains me to even have to give one star. Offered £260 for my less than 12 month old Iphone 12 still had the box, always had covers and screen protectors on it. Do not believe it when they tell you you are paid the day they receive it. They don't. They did not even acknowledge receipt of the item for 5 days from the date it was delivered to them. That was after being promised by two different employees it would be dealt with each day in between. They finally said they received it, then waited another two days for them to look at it. They then reduced their offer by £100 to £160, citing it had a tiny 2mm scratch on the back. I rejected the offer and asked them to return my phone to me. Three days later, no update. I emailed them to chase it up. Get another offer through from them for £170, I again rejected it and told them again to return my phone. Still waiting. Do not trust this company. Don't waste your time. Sat here two weeks later still waiting for my phone to be returned to me. God only knows what state my phone will be returned in.
Their timescales they advertise on their website are lies. Avoid at all costs.

Do not, repeat do not, try to sell your phone through these bunch of scammers.
Attractive price offered, so I sent them the phone. The phone was in pristine condition having been kept in a protective wallet from purchase.
First off, the ‘we haven’t received your phone yet’ ploy. Thankfully I sent the phone via Royal Mail tracker service. I then advised them the Royal Mail tracking service had declared it was delivered the previous day. Something I strongly recommend if you fall for the marketing.
Miraculously they found it, but lo and behold they tried the it’s not in pristine condition, which it was.
Then oh no ‘it’s scratched on the front and rear’. Not sure if their ‘quality control department’ employs Stevie Wonder but as I said my phone was in immaculate condition.
They then made two more offers more than £80 less than the original offer. I told them to return it, which they have, without the original box or lead I sent to them.
This review would have a ZERO rating but there’s no provision on this website. Be careful people but don’t trust these SCAMMERS

What a joke of a company. First tje tracking postage confirmed it was delivered on 4th May at 11.05am then received an email on 5th at 2.25pm saying they have just received it. 2 hours later I get another email saying the phone is damaged and sent a picture, the picture isn't even the same model as my phone. Waiting for my phone to be returned.

Initially offered £46 for my iPhone 8 Plus that I told them was in poor condition with a broken screen. Now they have revised the offer to £5 (!) as the screen has broken glass and a non-working home button. I have already told them this ! The phone works so the revised laughably low offer is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Lure you in with a good price then come up with extra faults that weren’t there when you sent it off to then offer quarter of the price! I refused so they sent it back, worse thing is they sent it back completely smashed and in worse condition than what I sent it!!! So now made it worthless! Con artists!

Would rate a 0 if I could. Sent my iPhone in as broken / Faulty due to a crack on the right hand side of the screen. I was offered 195 and now they have said there’s damage to the camera and the earpiece- I used the phone right up until I sent it off, now the offer is 65!! The pictures which have been attached to the email with the new quote does not look like my phone in the slightest. The scratches to the phone in the pictures were not there when the phone was sent. There is no contact details to speak to someone only an email address. after reading the reviews I now understand why I should have done this before. Disgusting company! Avoid at absolutely all costs!
