SellmyiPhone offered the best price for my Google Pixel 6 on a comparison website - they sent an e-mail confirming the receipt of my phone and then another on the same day to say that they had processed it and made my payment. The money was in the bank on the same day. Great service!

I had the exact same experience as many of the reviews on here.

Sent 2 phones...
First was iPhone X in good condition, offered £120.
Offered £45 because a replacement battery advised.

Second was damaged iPhone 8 Pro and offered £70 initially.
On inspection it was deemed as damaged (obviously!) and therefore revised offer of £30.

On both occasions they upped the offer by £10 with an email from someone "in the packing team" who felt "the offer was a little too low" !!

Both phones returned and received within 2 days though.

Will not use again.

They received my phone Tuesday morning, paid me Thursday night. They told me they had payment issues the day before or it would have been same day. Money paid was the money quoted.

I have recently sold my iPhone 13. Communication had been good up until the point that they transferred me the money. They paid £20 less than agreed and will now not reply to emails, calls or website messages

Zero communication from this company despite contacting them several times since they received my phone. Very poor customer service so far and I'm now down a near mint condition flip 4 and the £305 quoted for it. Until resolved I'll leave the 1 star review and recommended that everyone avoids this company.

I wish I could score less, quoted £130 online and then offered £7 when the received my phone. I rejected their offer and they returned the phone with a smashed screen. Please avoid.
