What a wonderful company and supportive team! One often reads reviews and still questions whether they are making the right decision by going with a particular brand or company. I am one of these people, of indecisive and especially cautious with expensive purchases, I like to be reassured and reassured and reassured again. Well all I can say is that my family and I had the most amazing experience with this wonderful company. From the moment we first reached out and had the pleasure of speaking to a very understanding Robbie to the on-going support from what seemed like the whole team but in particular my account manager Sam. Once we decided, having be reassured for the umpteenth time to use Sellmyhome.co.uk over other traditional estate agents, the process felt seamless and uncomplicated. The professional team who came to under take the virtual walkthrough and images were punctual and polite. The edited photos were, in our opinion, exceptional and those who viewed always referenced how great the virtual walkthrough was. They took over our house sale after we had a problem with a previous agent. They quickly and smoothly arranged new pictures and a floor plan, both of which we were very happy with.

The sales process was very easy with a constant stream of viewings and a range of offers. Harry was always on hand to give advice about the offers and was very helpful when we negotiated with our eventual buyer. Harry was also a good go-between during our conveyancing process.

Overall, I found sellmyhome to be very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them.

If you’re sceptical about using an ‘on line’ estate agent then I would encourage you not to be. Certainly the people at Sell My Home were helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish.
Unlike some other on line agents, they are transparent in their pricing (no surprise fees ! ). With first class professional photographs of my property and also a 3D. Virtual walk through. The sales team were always to hand with my questions about the sale and advice and nothing was too much bother. Then, the after sale service, (yes, they guide you through the Conveyancing process too ! ) was supportive and proactive in getting the sale to completion. Thanks to Laura and Felix for your help in selling my house.

As buyers we played no part in choosing SellMyHome.co.uk but we'd pick them again in a heartbeat. In particular Anna is amazing - communicative, understanding and endlessly professional. Our purchase threw some real curveballs her way; from a liquidated management company to sellers who didn't fancy playing by the rules, but she dealt with every issue confidently and fairly - even when they were still cropping up on completion day! We couldn't recommend her more.

We had a fantastic experience using Sell my Home and saved ourselves almost £11,000 in the process! Our brilliant advisor Laura offered very sound advice and was very responsive to any queries.

We also had our property marketed with a high street agent. However, whilst the high street agent had multiple people through our door for viewings (which meant constantly keeping the house tidy!!) a large % of these viewings were from people not genuinely interested in seeing the property. With Sell my Home viewings, this was not the case at all and the viewings were all very positive.

We eventually got to the stage of best and final offers with the high street agent but they were still unable to get us an offer at the asking price...!!

Having used High Street agents before I was very keen to find a more affordable option and was blown away by the level of customer service we received from Anna who was amazing from start to finish. Her professionalism and efficiency whilst declining with some tricky buyers/solicitors was fantastic. I have already referred friends on to sell my home and will be using them for life!

I was honestly sceptical of using an online estate agent. Surely, I thought, how will it work, do I have to do everything myself, what about negotiating the price, it must be better selling through a face-to-face contact! I was completely wrong. The experience was nothing but positive at every stage. I had the pleasure dealing with Anna who reassured me at the start of the process that they would always be on the end of the phone and she was. Whilst I had to write the description and set my viewing calendar on the portal, Anna was always proactive and could not have made it any easier for me. SMH arranged a photographer to meet us almost within 48hrs of speaking to them. Anna contacted me throughout the process, providing me with useful information and advice. Anna was patient, understanding and professional at all times, even ringing me on her day off! Incidentally the flat sold very quickly and we were helped with the negotiating stage, which I had been concerned about. I simply can't see why anyone would spend thousands of pounds when you have a company like Sell My Home who charge a range of reasonable services to sell your home. Give them a go! I have just moved into my new house. If I had to do it all again I would choose Sell my home again without a doubt.

I was rather sceptical when my husband suggested we use them but I have been nothing but impressed. Communication was clear and prompt. The process was very simple, and the online booking system for managing viewings was great as I could say exactly when I was available and got a little info about prospective buyers before each viewing which was really useful.

We were looked after by Felix. Very professional, helpful and extremely polite. Communication with Felix was a breeze, on the rare occasion he wasn’t available he would get back to me very quickly via telephone or email.

I really felt that Felix always had our best interests in mind (unlike some other estate agent companies who play games!) and was very helpful when our buyer was being a bit difficult, managing it swiftly for us and constantly prompted our buyer to speed things along.

Fantastic service throughout. My solicitors were very slow, to the point where the purchase almost fell through, but Anna saved the day by constantly chasing them until we finally exchanged.

I was also impressed with the decision to use an omnidirectional camera to photograph the home. This feature allows you to navigate around the entire property without having to put up with confusing fish eye photographs that other estate agents like to use.

I have nothing but praise for Anna and Laura who managed my property for me, they gave me excellent advice me and keep me in the loop at all times. Highly recommended.
