Easy to get my order and no complications.

Purchased a teddy jacket online on Friday evening for a gift for my daughter,,it arrived before 12pm the next day. Lovely coat and fantastic service. Very pleased!!

Bought 2 woolen dresses to short wore one then binned it tried to take one back no refund only credit as I have cerebral palsy in a wheelchair not right so I am stuck with credit note will stick to river island next and marks

Still waiting for my return postage cost to appear.Gaby C spoke to me and said she would arrange bank transfer and hey presto NOTHING,She also said a cheque had been sent and surprise, surprise NOTHING!How many customers are they doing this with? Certainly a nice little side line for poor quality, substandard clothing!

First order with Select Fashion and I was sent a cardigan with a hole under one arm.I returned the item as per instructions at a cost to me of £3.99 which should be refunded but after contacting customer services I have been told I will have to wait up to 14days for a full refund.I contacted them again regarding this as I feel this so unfair considering the fault clearly lies with them but no response.
I have provided photos of faulty item,proof of payment for return postage and postage collection.
Certainly not a great first experience.All I want is my money back!

Wrong item sent and very poor sizing and clothing quality

me and my sister are both muslims who wear a head scarf. we were spoken to as if we were being looked down on and when I was in the fitting room my sister was closely followed by an employee. the same employee proceeded to stare in the direction of the fitting rooms I was in making me feel very uncomfortable. at the same time she was whispering with her other colleagues about shoplifting whilst looking at my sister and her bag. when I did buy my item I was not offered my 20% student discount and I ended up having to pay full price for my items. overall I felt discriminated against due to my appearance even if it was discreet and will quite frankly not be making a return to a store where I don't feel welcome.

I’ve had a lot of things off this site. They always arrive quicker than the expected date and they are packaged well. I’ve never had any problems with anything I’ve ordered. The quality is good and I find the sizing perfect for me. They always wash well which is what you want, so they last. I’m very happy and would recommend

Quick delivery, smooth collection

No customer service skills whatsoever
Contacted them for a missing item on 3rd of August replied 4th of August saying they would check with the warehouse and reply soon, now it's 15th of August and still no response at all.
They have my item & my money and are ignoring emails and calls.
AVOID this business it would appear I am one of many they have taken money from and kept items

Purchased a dress in store, wore it once and the hem fell down. Contacted customer services as it's a 15 mile trip to the store and they advised the store has a policy for faulty goods. Went into the store and, after showing them the item, was asked by the staff member what I wanted to do (had anticipated them telling me what they proposed to do). She said herself that if I replaced it with the same dress, it would probably happen again as when we looked at the material of a potential replacement, that too appeared to already be failing. Interestingly, the item had been reduced by £8 since I purchased it.

Ridiculously, they don't accept refunds in store even for faulty goods, so I had to fill in a paper receipt so they could send the dress to Head Office. I was advised in store that I would receive a response by email or phone within a few days, yet 8 days has now passed with no contact.

I emailed customer services 7 days ago to advise that I had returned to store and they could've have advised me of the process when I first contacted them so that I could've posted it myself rather than travel to the store, but yet again no response received. They have my item and my money and don't appear to care less, therefore.

I've received a far better service and quality goods from cheaper stores so won't ever bother buying from Select again.

UPDATE: after a month I randomly received a cheque in the post which my bank will not accept as it does not appear to be genuine. Anti-money laundering laws require all refunds to the original payment method??? Why couldn't they refund my credit card a month ago in store? Who uses cheques these days - I had to travel 20 miles to my bank as my banking app would not accept it and they also agree it's a dodgy cheque.
