Absolutely disgusting shopping experience!
I was made to feel like a thief because I couldn't connect to the in Chatham.
I was then followed around the store, and my daughter was made to feel extremely uncomfortable! An assistant by the name of Donna was rude and aggressive and was told I wasn't allowed into the changing room with my daughter! even though I spent just under £100 I have made a complaint to head office and waiting on a reply. I would not even give 1 star review but don't give you the option....

Dreadful company. I hate the way you have to send the package back. When returning via Evri their address doesn't even show up. If you manually add it they may not deliver and you wasted your money paying for the postage.
I will never use them again.

Saw this item in-store but not my size. A really helpful assistant wrote the details down & I was able to purchase on line. It's just what I was looking for. Great fit & good quality material.

My local store had sold out of my size in a dress that I liked, and the sales assistant was very helpful. Because it was a sale item she advised me to go on line . Brilliant, they had my size and it only cost 99p to be delivered to the store

Awful never again found somewhere else much cheaper and very very good quality so that's where I will shop now and not select which is pure tat market clothes 😀 🙂

I ordered a pair of boots, but when they were delivered, I noticed they had sent me two right boots instead of a pair.

I contacted customer service, and they asked for photos which I’ve sent. It’s now 4 days later and they still haven’t responded.

It looks as though I’m going to have to pay to return the boots (they don’t offer free returns), and I won’t get my delivery fee back either. So it’s cost me £8 to receive two right boots!

Completely ridiculous that I’m out of pocket for this company’s mistake, I will never order from them again.

Please do not buy from them. They don’t offer a refund if you have bought a wrong size by mistake.

Wonderful company that sorted out a return for me so quickly and with no fuss. Ordered the correct size and it arrived next day! Wonderful service. Will shop with them again.

Husband bought Christmas jumper for daughter. It is too small. They do not have bigger size and will not refund. So we have a credit note to use to buy something we do not really want. The jumper was almost see through - very poor quality. This is a store new to Eastleigh. I wish we had read other reviews before shopping there.

I put the wrong shipping address and have no way to rectify my mistake. I've tried calling and emailing customer service but no one's responding which is quite frustrating especially because my package hasn't been dispatched yet so there's still time to rectify the mistake.

The staff at my local Newton Aycliffe branch went out of their way to help me. I found exactly what I wanted. Well done I will return 👌🤩
