Ordered sofa in 2020, order has been delayed due to covid, still waiting for refund. It looks like its a bunch of fraudsters 3-4 people taking orders from abroad, taking money and then delaying the delivery as long as possible and then the same problem with the refund...

Sedie Design is running a scam. They are playing along with all sort of excuses just to keep the customer hopeful that the product is coming or that the purchase will be refunded. But they are playing the "waiting game". The are waiting until the customer does not have any more patient, and that is their business model. Nobody should buy products from this company.

J'ai passé et reglé une commande sur ce site au mois de février 2023. Apares 15 jours j'ai reçu un mail pour me prevenir que les produits n'étaient plus disponibles.
Malgré de nombreux mails de relances et des promesses de remboursement de leur part, je n'ai JAMAIS été remboursé.
Je tiens toutes les preuves à disposition. Cette société est malhonnête.

Je suis particulièrement satisfaite de ma commande chez Sediedesign. Marialaura est professionnelle, nos échanges ont été agréables et efficaces. Mes dossiers et assises de chaises sont arrivés rapidement (2 jours après le règlement) et sont de bonne qualité. Je recommande +++

I ordered a lamp ten days ago. It seems normal for our currency. (Turkish liras). But when checking out the grand total is not normal. For example lamp is 1000 turkish liras. It equals to 18000 euros on daily currencies. But the total is 36000 euros. I missed that point and ordered my lamp. Then i told their customer services that there was a mistake. Also they got my money and sent me italian e-mail that money is not authorized. When i started to send e-mails they told me that they hadn't got any lamp and offer me to cancel it. And i told them to cancel. They told me that rthe refund process was ok but my bank told me that there was no refund. They didnt send a claim for refund. And now i dont know what to do. Year is almost 2022 and the worst online shopping experience in my life.

I ordered chairs from them 2 years ago. For 9 months I was told of production delays/issues. I started suspecting I was being lied to so I ordered the same chairs through another company and received them promptly (the delays were a lie). I was told for months I would get a full refund but it never game. I engaged an Italian lawyer (Lexia Avvocati) 9 months ago and just received full payment + legal fees from this company. Even that was an ordeal. If you're in the same situation I was Lexia were great to deal with.

I bought three very expensive chairs in February and one of them arrived broken. I called for technical assistance and after waiting for a long time, they answered me....they said they were going to send another one for repair and I still haven't received it. I called several times again to find a solution and ask for my money back and the only thing they answer is that they will solve it. it's been 10 months and nothing. do not buy from this company. this is a scam

Ho acquistato sia il tavolo che le sedie da cucina sul sito sediedesign. La merce è arrivata perfettamente imballata, nei tempi stabiliti..sono molto soddisfatta della qualità dei prodotti e del servizio clienti. Consigliato!

Una vastissima gamma di prodotti tra cui scegliere,qualità 100% Made in italy e soprattutto esperienza nel settore e professionalità. Ottimo servizio pre e post vendita!

Produit reçu avec un peu de retard. Le service est néanmoins très correct (réponse rapide aux e-mails...).

Terrible company AVOID!!!!!! Ordered an expensive sofa bed mechanism for a project we're working on and its so far taken 17 weeks delaying the project and leaving me with a very unhappy customer!

Now November 2020
A year and a half later.
Goods not supplied
Money not refunded
Not Good enough ! ! !

After three months of waiting for our Italian designer chairs I cancelled my order and got the money promptly back. A few monts later I tried it again and got wonderful chairs now. I am happy with this company - even if it's not always easy with them...!

4 mesi fa, ho comprato un set di sedie. Si scusano per non aver consegnato. Stanno prolungando i tempi di consegna. Brutta esperienza. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Mancanza di rispetto per il consumatore.

Terrible experience with this dodgy company. I had ordered chairs from them to the UK and it took months to "manufacture" and so I didn't have a choice but to cancel as the family couldn't deal with no chairs for months. Requested a refund for undelivered chairs and was told it would be processed. Fast forward to now it's been almost 5 months and I have not received a dime of my hard earned money. So annoyed. Worst customer support - kept making excuses of busy period and forwarding my request to finance team. DUDE. JUST SEND ME BACK MY MONEY. Can't possibly take half a year. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I have made and order for chairs in July. Back then they have told me that the factory would be closed in August so they could only produce in September. We are now in mid of October and I don´t have yet a delivery date… they say that they will have more details in next 2 weeks. Not good enough.

I bought 4 chairs in end of April. They said it would take 6 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks have passed (mid June) they send an email that they are experiencing problems with the material and that my order would be ready mid July. mid July arrives they say the order will be ready mid August. I cancel the order and ask for my money back they say it will take 30 days to have my money back. 30 days pass and they say everybody is on holidays and the finance team will process my request on the 9th September. 13th September still don't have my money back!

We did not receive our goods and so far after three months we still don’t have our money back. We have been told we are a ‘priority’ and that it would ‘definitely happen in August’ but still I’m waiting.
I’m wondering if I’ve been scammed.
