We offer a range of highly secure, thermally efficient windows, doors and conservatories in upvc, aluminium and composite from heritage vertical sliding sash to modern slim contemporary designs to suit any building in a huge range of colours and finish to add a personal flair for every taste. From your initial enquiry, one of our friendly no pressure advisors discuss your requirements and manage your enquiry then present a professional quotation, and the decision is left to you. Once we receive your orders, our friendly team arrange a detailed survey and your installation is arranged. Then from our site in Clevedon, North Somerset products are manufactured meticulously, then to be carefully installed by our fully employed, experienced installers. Our dedicated After Sales and Service Team are on hand should the need arise. Health and Safety for our customers and staff is a top priority throughout Seal-lite with high investment and rigorous training, along with regular external safety audits achieving an excellent safety record. Conservation and sustainability are also very high on our agenda, as almost 100% of all our waste streams including your old windows, glass and doors, are recycled, we even have a large 80Kw solar panel installation that generates clean energy for our site including energy efficient LED lighting throughout the site. Our team constantly review processes, materials and equipment to be efficient and minimise waste where possible, we are even working our way to net zero carbon emissions. Seal-lite has an enviable reputation in the industry built collectively with our dedicated staff members many exceeding decades of service, and has grown year on year, but our values remain as strong as ever with a focus on our valued customers and good old fashioned service.

We recently had our windows installed by Seal-Lite and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The quality of the windows is absolutely superb you can immediately see and feel the difference. The finish is flawless and it has completely transformed the look and warmth of our home.
The team who worked at our home were outstanding. They were professional, punctual, and extremely hardworking, but also genuinely polite and respectful throughout. They kept everything tidy, explained things clearly, and made sure we were happy at every stage of the installation.

Not as good as they used to be !
Poor measuring from outset , had to recheck ourselves a number of times .
Our replacement windows are leaded which caused issues with getting them standardised so there is uniformity with plans before fabrication . We copied in the managing director when complaining about our apparent responsibility to check but had no response from the top only a phone call from someone from the fitting team admitting it was Seal lite's responsibility to get everything right !
On installation we noticed lead work wasn’t straight on all windows .. which we had to point out and measure again. After no clear plan about who was going to turn up and when we had to wait a further few weeks for final installation after removal of the “wonky “ leaded windows .
This used to be an excellent company , prev past work was good however now it seems there is poor communication between fitters and very poor customer service . Blame was attributed elsewhere .. mainly to the company they used to fabricate the glass , delays again as even seal lite weren’t happy with the second attempt .
Overall we felt the “ two day “ job ended up virtually all week initially causing loss of earnings .. when they were finally correctly installed the token gesture of upgraded vents was appreciated as the first weren’t fitted correctly letting in more cold air than our old windows !
More understanding needed of customers time , disruption ( moving furniture etc ) and the stress of not knowing what was going on , various fitters seemed to going from one job to another with not enough time allocated .

There is no question that accurate measuring, clear communication and proper coordination are our responsibility , nor should there have been uncertainty about attendance, delays, or who was managing the process. We also sincerely apologise for the disruption caused by the additional visits and extended timescale, and for the stress and loss of earnings this resulted in.
While there were issues with the glass supplier, that does not lessen our responsibility to manage the process properly and keep you fully informed throughout. We are sorry that you felt blame was deflected rather than ownership being taken.
We do appreciate your patience while the glass units were remade and refitted, and we’re pleased that the final installation met the correct standard. However, we fully acknowledge that the journey to get there was far from satisfactory.
Your comments regarding communication between teams, time allocation on jobs, and consideration of customers’ time and disruption have been taken very seriously. This feedback is invaluable and will be reviewed internally to ensure improvements are made.
We truly regret that this experience has affected your perception of the company, particularly given your previous positive history with us. Should you wish to discuss anything further, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.

Extremely pleased. We had Seal-Lite replace a couple of windows and a door over the past few years and were very impressed. The cost was competitive but the service and quality was outstanding. So when it came to replacing the rest of our 25yr old windows, knowing the service we had received, we went straight to Seal-Lite. The salesman was not at all pushy but explained everything. We placed the order and everything went very smoothly. The installation (4 windows) took one day and the installers were excellent. Very careful of the carpets etc and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

From the moment we met Paul we knew that he'd be doing our windows. The product was great, his understanding of it, he listened to our needs, explained clearly what we could do better and why, and the process was quick, easy and priced fairly.
Then came the fitting! This was so smooth and the fitting team were quick, clean, and respectful. All openings were made good and all waste was removed from site.
