Hello SCS, I had a sofa delivery arranged on the 1st of December but the delivery team couldn’t get the sofa through the door and refused to leave it for us to sort it out, despite providing the measurements to Calham “the Tunbridge Wells sales individual” for the door gap “80cm” when we ordered the sofa.
The sofa was delivered on the 8th with another 3rd party company that I was forced to pay £150 at the end of the delivery or they threatened to take it back.
So I am requesting the refund of the original delivery charge of £150 that was paid when we ordered the sofa.
I have made contact with the financial Ombudsman service and I was told to request the refund form the company head office 1st because the local store manager “Jamie” is refusing to give us the refund for the delivery charge and wait for your response before any action can be taken!

From easy buying in store to the excellent delivery, all teams were great. The delivery crew, Steffan, Perry and a 3rd whose name I have forgotten were fantastic. They arrived on time and delivered my 2seater and 3seater sofas to our 7th floor apartment in perfect condition and not causing any damage to the property. Steffan did the full assembly of both sofas talking me through how it was being done and whats the best way to to un-assemble when we have to move. A Great Set of Guys.

Front the moment we walked in to the store, to final delivery, very happy! Ben dealt with our different needs, was patient, knowledgeable and it seemed more important to him to get us the right sofa rather than make the sale. When I ordered it the next day, I was called back by Adele who was enthusiastic and made me more excited about the purchase of a brand new sofa, something I’d never done before. The delivery drivers were early, called ahead and were friendly and speedy in putting it together and overall we are both delighted with the sofa. The only downside was the 17 weeks it took to get from order to door but it’s not an IKEA purchase and made to order so it’s understandable. Very happy customers and will recommend!

Ordered sofa in April. Delivered today. We had been away so couldn't accept delivery any sooner.
The two guys who delivered the sofa were very polite, clean and tidy. Advised which cups for feet were best for sofa. 10/10. Positive experience from buying to delivery.

From the initial start of purchasing our settee and 2 chairs to the delivery the customer service from SCS has been excellent. The help and advice when choosing the furniture was superb and the salesperson, Cullum was one of the best salesperson we've experienced. Communication from SCS was very good and delivery date earlier than expected. The delivery team of Billy and Josh were excellent. Very friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. A service which was beyond our expectations. Thank you SCS and the team.

The delivery guys were very pleasant, they unpacked, assembled and positions the sofas where they needed to be. All that was left for me to do was take a seat.
The only down side was that one of the electrical connectors was faulty but the delivery driver reported it whilst he was here and assured me a technician would come out and replace it. So all in all, amazing service

What a complete and utter shambles this company is. We placed an order back in early February 2025 for a three piece suite, delivery date was supposed to be mid to late March. We are now in July and despite numerous phone conversations with the shop in Tunbridge Wells, I`m still non the wiser as to when its going to be delivered or even if it will be delivered. We will start looking for another suite this weekend.

Reece and Terry delivered our sofa’s took great care and fitted them together very professional and polite they hit a problem with one sofa that would not return from the feet up to down they thought it was a problem with a wrongly fitted bolt not something that they could fix, they contacted their office and said someone would ring to then send a technician to fix it. We also found on using the sofa that one of the backs was not in correctly so until the technician comes we cannot use the sofa. Not happy as just been informed technician not coming till the end of the month so four weeks out of action.We were so looking forward to our new sofa shame we can’t use it.

This is my second complaint about my cleaning products that I paid for and not received.My last complaint they phoned me and the manager said he had one in shop and send it that night he said it might take 7 days its now 10 days later the product should have arrived when I bought my furniture for over £2500 on 23 April I should expect more.

Delivery guys where knowledgeable and quick with attention to detail

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the two men who brought my incredibly heavy sofa up to the fourth floor. They were very friendly and helpful.

Delivery team, Taylor and Jack were fantastic! Very polite and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain when struggling to lift an extremely heavy sofa. Great lads.

By fulfilling your obligations which we had paid for.
We have emailed head office who never replied.we phoned the shop in Tonbridge wells on numerous occasions and been told the item has been ordered and will be delivered this is third time it has still not arrived.
And now we have a fault on the charging point on the sofa which we are pursuing.

Delivery went without any issues.
Delivery men really helpful and friendly thank you.
