Total shambles !! Waited 12 weeks for new sofas only to receive a completely different colour , we ordered grey and got dark brown , the salesperson Martin took us to grey sofa instore and went through the swatches , he showed us a light grey and a medium grey swatch my partner decided to go for medium, grey , Martin inputted the wrong colour code he made a huge mistake but would not admit it when I confronted him , all about money as no doubt he would of lost his commission .
I will fight Poltronesofa , but beware the invoices only state colour codes and not a written description of the colour the swatches on the invoice are squares how are customers meant to know what the codes and black swatch boxes are meant to correspond when there is no written explanation or description of colour , this was a Stockton-on-Tees branch Im not the first either it has happened too either , im now waiting for Poltronesofa to get in touch , meanwhile I cant use the shitty dark brown sofas that I didn't even order .

My sales invoice does not state the written descriptive colour in plain English as in Dark Clay !!
The invoice states Macadamia-873 which is an Poltronesofa internal colour code how as customers are we meant to interpret that as Dark clay ? Your invoices are misleading and a misinterpretation of what we actually ordered which was Tarpaulin grey and why would I order a brown sofa when my colour scheme is grey and green , if i wanted a dark brown sofa that is what I would of ordered, i didn't i wanted grey !!

Excellent service from the two delivery men, arrived earlier than schedule but called ahead to advise. Quick job done assembling the sofa's took all the packaging away left the area as clean and tidy. I did call in the morning to say we would be out from 3pm-3.30pm but the relayed message was that we were out until 3.30pm, bit more care required when passing details over.

nice friendly staff it would be nice to be offered a drink as it was very warm day when we were in the store i had to ask if it was possible to have a drink so we had a carton of water each which was appreciated the 1st time we went in we seen a lovely lad with earrings but he was off when we went back in a few days later so we had someone else at portrack lane to deal with our order so we hope he knows we did come back after we discussed it at home what we were going to decide on getting as he was very helpful

Christine at the Portrack lane Teeside store was so pleasant and knew her stuff, she made the experience so nice that our “just having a look “ ended up with “where do I sign”. I did however think she was the cleaner as it was after 6pm on a Tuesday night and she had a cup in her hand and an apron on , I did tell them as I left , they laughed. The other staff were extremely pleasant too

They were really good. However the delivery firm they used not so much. Think they just could t be bothered to put the effort in and said it wouldnt fit however my friend has excact same sofa smaller house so didnt understand. They took it back to the warehouse they didnt want to try to think of solutions just said nah wont fit mate see yer later.

Chris was amazing. Knowledgable about the products but listened to us and what we were looking for. Tirelessly helped us as we changed our minds and asked so many questions.

Were very good was a big corner unit fitted in no time looks and feels lovely

Honestly the worst company ever ,I bought a couch and have spent a lot of money on it , but they’ve sent me the complete wrong colour and materials and when I complained they denied it until further investigation they admitted that it was their fault and they told us that we’d get a replacement but later on even refused the replacement saying that the forms have been signed even though we were never told that the couches would be completely different. I have complained many times now but haven’t got any answers or resolution, they even told us that they had no cctv which is just unbelievable, I also have requested a refund or a replacement but like I said denied. I bought mine from the one in Stockton and honestly the management was just very not good .

It was a nice experience, the crew came at the estimated time and did a good job.

The sofas are absolutely wonderful, very comfy and look lovely in my living room.
Issues with getting the 3 seater in, which couldn’t be helped. However the staff was rude, and abrupt with my mother in law, the man who was experienced and teaching 2 other lads, was very rude making snarky comments on how we should have measured up properly, and was just not pleasant towards my mother in law.

Smooth delivery and well before expected date of delivery. Overall, great service!

Good In Store service, delivered on date promised & delivery team phoned 1hr beforehand to advise how long they would be before arriving. They were respectful of the property & the new carpets, taking shoes off & taking all packaging away. A brilliant service from start to finish
