We were well looked after by efficient staff in store, ordering process went well & sofa was ready in the time stated.
Delivery service was good & the team were quick & efficient

The text stating delivery time were sent out in plenty of time for delivery times.
The delivery men notified me of expected delay and gave me an exact time of delvery and kept to it.

The store staff are very friendly and approachable.
However, after ordering 2 items, the first item arrived without it's feet, and still after 2 months I'm still waiting.
The second item arrived and one of the motors was not attached, still waiting the conclusion of this one.

Great delivery service

At this moment in time I cannot comment on the couch I purchased as I am awaiting my order. I can say when I entered the store I recieved a warm welcome the assistant was very helpful, patient,and all questioned answered. At NO time did I feel uncomfortable in fact whole experience was very relaxing.

The sofa was delivered on time and unwrapped outside. The delivery men were very pleasant and helpful. They fully installed the sofa and took all packaging away with them. Very pleased with the sofa.

My mum said the delivery guys were brilliant and did an excellent job when they couldn't get the visa in front door they went round to the back door no problem .one even held mums dog on the lead while she fetched an extension lead for the recliner well done x

It was delivered on time on the day. Nice guys, smooth delivery.

The men who delivered my setters were polite and thorough and took away all the packaging however, it had been raining and there was no offer to protect my carpet or to take off their shoes so I put towels down to protect what was obviously a new carpet as it still 'smelt'
