relaxed atmosphere, went in for a quick look as we were driving home and came out with a new suite.
We were not pressured in anyway and we were provided with all the information required to make our choice.

We bought a sofa last year, but was wrong choice for us entirely my fault,so back we went to pick another one, when we entered the store, Paul recognised us immediately don't know if thats good or bad,but excellent service from him, took his time to help us choose a new one and fingers crossed I've got it right this time, thank you Paul for your time and patience.

We purchased a new sofa from Poltrone Dundee branch today and I have to say, we received excellent customer service - right from the start Paul was able to take us directly to the particular type of sofas we were looking for. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the products; how they worked and the different fabric options. Can’t wait for delivery and thanks for the great customer service. Also very impressed with the whole shop and the way the fabrics are displayed.

Paul was superb at helping me choose the suite that was right for me and helping me choose the fabric I wanted.

Had to question my order later and was told to have the item I thought I was buying would involve an extra fee. I explained to the very nice salesman that the fault was his and the extra fee was waived and the order changed. Initially annoyed but then very impressed with the service. Haven’t received my goods yet.

Paul was very helpful and understanding when I was struggling to make a decision. He took the time to go over all the colour/material options. He didn’t pressure me in to making a choice. Just to many to chose from.

Paul talked us through all the myriad options, from seating layout to fabric selections and payment to delivery. Really excited to have the suite in our home amd can't wait to relax on it with the dogs.

Great service from the staff from start to finish

On entering the shop we were greeted by Jim, he made light conversation and was aware of our movements around the store. He wasn't forceful but intentive. Once we struck up a rapport with him we found him to be down to earth, not pushy and honest about our choices of suites. He listened. We bought!

Excellent experience shopping for a new sofa. The store itself is stunning ,very contemporary and stylish. Our salesperson Paul (Dundee) was very friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process, which, due to the vast stock was quite overwhelming. At no point was he pushy which made our decision to purchase our beautiful sofa an easy choice.

We were given time to browse the store on our own until we needed assistance. We were given great help from Darren Baker. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and informative. He gave us plenty of time to make a decision and was very patient as there was lots of different sofas/ colours to choose from.
If the delivery and quality match the customer service we will be very impressed.

Great welcome on arrival, Paul kept us informed on all the different materials, colours and styles that were available on the settees that I liked. He was always nearby,but also gave us time and space to look at all options.
