Visited SCS Dundee had a very positive experience no pressure to buy or felt pushed to purchase warranty, cleaning kit etc, we actually did though after clear reasoning behind doing so by Darren who was extremely helpful and understanding. No pushy sale techniques just a genuinely nice guy giving informed advice

From the moment we set foot in the store, we were met by staff in a polite manner and offered a tour.
Darren was our salesman who explained our choices and options professionally. All over great experience to purchase our sofa.

We were made to feel very welcome. After receiving an email with preliminary order data we were able to consider this information at home. We returned to the store the next day to discuss our changes. The member of staff went through the process willingly taking care to ensure we were satisfied. Excellent.

I was very well informed of when the delivery would arrive and the driver phoned to say what time they would be. Very good service to put sofas in place and build. All round a great service

The whole experience from browsing to buying to delivery was seamless. The staff at your Dundee store were friendly and very knowledgeable. The delivery team were excellent. They took away all the sofa boxes and wrapping which saved several trips to our local recycling centre. All in all an enjoyable experience and my wife and I would happily recommend SCS to everyone

The delivery crew were outstanding and I would not fault them however it was ridiculous that after 4 months of waiting for the sofa that you somehow managed to deliver a corner sofa that was the incorrect way with right side cornering not left as ordered. Now I need to await more drama to find out what you are going to do about it. Ridiculous considering I paid near 3k cash for it back in March!!

Staff in store cannot fault, very helpful and ready to please and deserved a 5 star. Service was excellent even on a change of the order.
DELIVERY, was really disappointing! Given a date for delivery by email and time between 7.00 and 12.00. Told I would get an email on the day of delivery, which I received saying it would be delivered between 09.45 and 10.05. Waited in all day and at 12.17 i received a message to say, due to sickness and diarrhea absence, my suite would not be delivered on that day and would have to go back to warehouse and a new delivery date/time would be emailed to me. I would have thought if that was the case then I could have been notified early in the morning when absence occurred.
I also have a £50 credit since purchasing my suite when the change occured on my order and, to date, have not heard anything about the refund going back to my account (purchased in April). Warehousing and delivery seems to not come up to the standard of the staff in the shop. This happened to me on 9/7/2026 and has really put me off purchasing from this company in the future.

However, the time delay in receiving the item was quite significant, luckily we were not in a rush! I would hesitate to use the insurance plan we have taken on fear that it could also be a timely process.
