Peter at Purley Way branch was very patient with me an Ill-informed customer.

I only went to look at sofabeds & ended up purchasing. I wish I had known beforehand there was so much written about them. I should have waited & read the info before purchasing.

I was disappointed to discover I only had two days in which to change my mind. I am concerned about the colour choice & now feel a contrast colour would be preferable.

I deliberately avoided leather although beautiful when new, less so when it has aged.

The 2 delivery men were friendly, helpful and polite. The sofa was just as expected.

Jerry was so unbelievably patient with my partner and I. We had him going back and forth with materials and colours for our chosen sofa as we were being very indecisive but at no time did Jerry try to rush us at all. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson! He was unbelievably helpful and if I was to ever need another sofa again I hope the salesperson is as patient, helpful and kind as him. He takes his job very seriously and that is not something you find everyday anymore. So thank you very much for our delightful first experience of buying our dream sofa Jerry!

The service in-store when selecting my sofa was excellent, but my issue was with the aftersale.
On Good Friday I received a call from the store informing me that there had been a miscalculation and that I owed another £5 on my deposit.I am not prepared to give out my card details over the phone if I am not sure who I am speaking to. I returned to the store the following day to make the £5 payment.
For such a nominal amount why don't you just add it to the final payment before sofa delivery.
For that reason only 4 Stars.

I had a lovely experience visiting your shop in Croydon, the staff were very professional, supportive and knowledgeable in there job. They gave a very good advice and the delivery time frame which was very important. Your sofas are elegant, beautiful and very stylish. I just love being in the shop. I can't wait to receive my order..

I went with family to view a sofa and we met with a member of staff name Peter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly in showing us the best sofa for our budget. He was very patient and kind helping us around to pick the right sofa which in the end we got what we wanted. Jerry was an excellent sales advisor. He was kind, polite, patient and very knowledgable - helping refine what we were looking for and ultimately making the decision an easy one. The company’s range is enormous but he made it simple to find the exact criteria we wanted. A huge credit to the business.

We received a very warm welcome from Calvin who made the experience good fun but more importantly, informative. He showed great patience whilst I was hesitant on what I wanted going from one sofa to another. He was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the additions to the sofa. He is a great asset to the company and I can't wait to get my new sofa in June.

What didn't i like 🤔...
The way the staff member "MO" spoke to me, he had an attitude just because i allowed his work colleagues to help me with buying my item, & im glad i did... its as if i felt his bad ora in my pure space.
Let tell "MO" HELLS NO!
Apart from that i have my purchase & i shall NOT recommend SCS & i shall NOT be shopping there again.
I advise you to run yes RUN to anywhere else.
